Just because I'm tired of this I will offer a refund to lolwut. Also I will consider if it worth to run BTCLot, with clients like this I'm not sure if I can keep up (please note that all the active services will be on until the respective expire dates).

New VPS orders have been disabled. I've decided to do this until this case is resolved. I hope our clients understand this. However VPS renewals are still enabled !

The fair thing to do would be to cancel the order and issue me a refund. I'm sorry that you need to take money from hard working people and make excuses for it later...

No, see that's where youre wrong. I created the ticket asking for a refund way before you sent me that bullshit message that you added in later.... Look at the title and subject of the ticket and compare that to the time where you told me I couldn't get a refund......

You would think that your business name and reputation would be worth a little more than 5 BTC. But clearly you'd rather take my money and leave me unhappy than issue a refund.

1. Read what I've posted on the other false claim thread you made.
2. I take my work very seriously and I will not accept any attempt to play with me and my staff as you're trying to do. Also you're false accusation is affecting my brand meanwhile your VPS is being provided with all our quality standards.

Very misleading and unethical from your part.

In my business you accept my terms, the way you're dealing with this is just playing with our work and effort and I do not admit that.

If you did not want to host with us you shouldn't have placed a order in first place. We have spent time and effort to deliver what you requested (yes it was delivered).

VPS starting from 0.7 BTC, no gimmicks, no tricks and no temporary "discounts" that lead you to pay more in the future !

USA 3 - unstable connection at times
has problems streaming 64kps sometimes
50-60% overhead loss of speed (unsure if this is normal with openvpn, I assumed 25% loss)

Netherlands1 was always UP, there must be something going on with your ISP. Please open a ticket on the ticket system for see what is going on.

USA 2 is online and running. USA 3 might have some heavy load in the moment you connected but it is strange that you cannot connect to the other two nodes.

EDIT: It's strange that you're having troubles connecting, our bandwidth meter registered a total of 1056.97 MB spent by your account.

Getting a little problem with your order process

It has my deposit listed as verified .25 BTC and Unverified .25 BTC when i only sent .25 BTC

when I try to order getting "Not enough balance !" error


minor error showing  verified balance when not verified yet.
