I've never seen a company deliver on time so Mid December works for me as well. 
BUT since you already paid for the hardware with your own cash. What do you think about giving us the option to cash out in Mid December or staying in for the long haul with you. As long as I get the same BTC I put in it's just like a savings account in my opinion. As this was just BTC i was going to hold on to anyway. What do you guys think ?
Oh, indeed. Then I don't see why btcminers.net should hold all the risk. Even if it delays, we may get lucky and the equipment remains profitable to operate for a very long time. I'm honestly interested in waiting longer, up to February 2014. Or at least let's keep looking at difficulty increases for a more informed opinion in the near future.
Mid -dec is good with me as well. Pre-orders rarely seem to happen on time with mining hardware. Want to give it a chance but want to cut my losses and move on with out months of it's cooming soon really.
This is not a rant on BTCMiners you can't just make the hardware appear out of thin air. (if you could you would not be selling here )

Yep! I purchased 1GH a few days ago and Mid-December sounds like a good time to me if the equipment doesn't come.Alright, so.. here soon, unless I hear from more people I'll start sending out an email mid-week this week to everyone who has ordered to let them know the planned refund is in mid-December if the units do not show. Still would like a few others inputs as well.

Yep! I purchased 1GH a few days ago and Mid-December sounds like a good time to me if the equipment doesn't come. I bought another 25Ghz 
So then I'll be up to 50Ghz purchased matched to 100 Ghz.
In regards to the refund, I would agree that if it's not shipped by mid-December we should look at refunds.

Will you be able to get your funds back from the company? If so do you plan to buy elsewhere ?

It's up in there air. I was thinking mid December (14th - Saturday or 16th - Monday). They said they're shipping end of November, I think if they're not here within two weeks after.. They're not coming. I would honestly like some feedback from people on this decision. I had been hesitant on saying "when", but obviously that is a concern to my clients as well as myself.

Getting funds back from the company? I don't know. It will be a loss on my end at that point. It was my risk to try them. If so, then yes I would be looking at other companies again in short future afterwards.

A "Plan B" would be great to ease the doubts. (Not in you but the hardware provider) If I understand this deal correctly. You put up your own cash to buy the hardware. And now preselling GH's to us but holding our cash in a single wallet until hardware is delivered. If they don't deliver you return our cash. Now the question is will you return the amount of btc we give you at the time of or transaction or will you refund based on the exchange rate... Btc could be $1500 at the time of a potential refund.. Just wondering 
Plan B is what you paid in BTC at the time, is $x.xx USD you'll get back the exact same amount of BTC minus the miners fees. I made it at simple as possible in case they do not deliver. So if you sent 1 BTC, you'll receive more or less.. 1 BTC as the refund.

Bitcoin is the only method as of this moment.
Yes, we're still waiting on the delivery of the miners, which are suppose to ship end of November.
I have good reason to believe we are the majority of their first batch.
As soon as they are hooked up and tests are ran (within 24 hours of receiving)
