You mentioned earlier in the forum if the market or something happened you would provide an incentive but if you bought a lot say 500 GH you wouldn't be able to, what did you mean by this and also I am interested in purchasing, is the 1:1 available still IE double the GH based on my purchase?

Nope, which is why we had discussed Plan B of when refunds should be given in the event that AMT does not deliver.
If AMT doesn't, you'll get your full BTC amount back, minus the miners fee.
