I have talked to your live chat agent, she is so friendly in answering my question. She told me to change browser, but the same problem still exist.
I tried to open some endorphina games, loading so slow and when the loading bar got full then it gives me "game over" then the space of the game is loaded with the main page. Even worst I get this now with chrome browser http://prntscr.com/i78p09
While we are fixing stuff you can try other games. Indiana's Quest is great one to have fun with =)
You did it very well, you fixed it fast. As my deposit was small amount only so I prefer to play endorphina games which has lower min bet. Was able almost triple my deposit but my greed took me into lost
