Edit: almost 2 hours and 18+ confirmations but still unable to see my deposit on my account. Live support does not really help as she can only say "wait for the financial department".

Its been around 30hours, my last chat with the support agent was a little bit annoying. What she said is that the site do not receive my deposit while in fact my deposit is confirmed. She said that the problem is on my side, she asked me to contact support service of my wallet provider which does not make senses.
Then I made a small deposit again some hours ago to make sure that the problem is on their system. And yeah, my new deposit is not credited to my account too. Finally support agent asked to wait while the issue is brought to their speciallist. I'll give them the 2nd 24 hours to solve it, if there is no good effort from them then I will start a scam accusation as I have a valid proof with my latest small deposit to support my accusation.

so the withdrawal same as some casinos once u clicked on withdrawal its in "pending" status ?
account balance still the same (withdrawal amount not deducted) , is it have to wait till withdrawal completed ?
cuz i dont want to risk it & continue playing till my balance fall below the amount which i withdraw & in the end

Seen it as well BTCSPIN's site does not show any active promotions even in their log-in page. Members who are not part of Bitcointalk will miss out the current promo you are running. Not unless they informed in another way. If you really intend to give away promos you must at least post it in the log-in page of your site for your members to see the active promotion on going. Just posting it on Bitcointalk won't make other members know what bonuses you are giving.
