Withdrawal is processed manually IMO so it will take few hours to be approved unless the admin is online when you made the request. If this is for real then you should improve your bankroll or your hard wallet so everyone can enjoy it and you should replenish it regularly so people do not wait that long just to withdraw X amount. Btw how much is the limit before you do it manually? I believe if you opened a slots game you should more consider about the bankroll rather than improving the game, because you get it from developer so it does not really matter to you
