Even if they resume trading I don't think people will still be trading there, except for some close individuals affiliated with BTER.

I bet you that at least 80% of the traders will leave, their daily volume will be low so no new traders would even consider joining them.

They are not even in a position to offer some real incentive for the traders..

Scammers not being jailed is a big fucking problem to the crypto, as you can see even an exchange that traded fiat can easily walk away as if nothing happened since they enabled fiat withdrawals.

It was realy bad luck.. I usualy kept there not much than 10% .. but i deposited 12 hours before btc to buy bts... when i understood there will be not more dump like 3 days before i tried to withdraw.. was too late they stoped all withdraw, called support, they start to talk noncence.. felt something bad happened... checked cold wallet... put rest alt coins on withdraw but it all was too late..

I should correct you, this wallet doesn't get credited every day. I've been also intently watching this wallet since the downfall of Bter (lost a few bitcoins there), and 10 bitcoins are moved there once in two days on the average.

Good choice, I suggest you to don't "keep" your money on an exchange. Deposit the coins that you want to "exchange" and after exchange them and request (quickly) a withdrawal.

Can't understand what's bter doing right now. If they are scamers, 7500 btc was a good cash, they alraedy let people withdraw cny, why not people withdraw alt coins? they will never take for them good price they will just drop a market if will try to sell them. Even pure scamer Alex Green took only btc and let people withdraw rest, yes not fullly, not all, but a lot of coins was possible to save from mintpal.
