did you mess with permissions? like changing passwords or changing how you log-in?

---------- then you probably are missing the correct permission for memo, might need to change it or use an account where you have full permissions.

do you have enough bts to pay the fee?

---------- fee is higher when you include a memo, make sure not to use 100%

are you paying a fee in a token instead of bts?

---------- trying paying the fee in bts, possible some token owners fee pool is temporarily empty

helpful to include error you see when sending and even what console says during it (ctrl-shift-i in chrome) - feel free to blur out anything private

Something neat from the state of the network I noticed, bitshares introducing new asset class:

Fee Backed Assets (FBA) - asset that charges fees for its use and pays those fees to holders of the asset

old classes of assets:

Market Pegged Assets (MPA) - freely traded digital asset whose value is meant to track the value of a conventional underlying asset by means of contracts for difference (CFD)

User Issued Assets (UIA) - custom token registered on the platform, which users can hold and trade within certain restrictions

there's also a program where you can close issues and get $125 per hour or per issue closed https://steemit.com/bitshares/@ash/fix-github-issues-earn-usd125-per-hour-yep - that is paid by an already paid worker proposal

the people who fund workers have asked before to submit ideas there with a link where you explain in detail what you plan or have done to even start a discussion on what changes they want to see. think of it less as job request but more as cross-blockchain communication. technically every post on steemit is a worker proposal on which the DAO shareholders vote to give funding to - same on bitshares.

BTS's price has always made me scratch my head. This is a coin that already has a working decentralized platform. Not sure why it has sunk this low. Might be due to Dan Larimer no longer working on the project. That or he had a shit ton of coins that he dumped on the market.

I just don't understand why BTS isn't flying past the moon. Decentralized exchanges are the future, particularly as countries make knee-jerk reactions and ban exchanges. BTS has been around forever and has an awesome working product, more than can be said for any other DEX.

Next is you sell the bottom and it gets to 4k. Anyway I feel you invested more that you could afford to lose. You could have had a stop loss around 2800 after getting in at 3k and then wait for a better trade after being stopped. It's important to apply risk management. And it's also very important that you can exit the same trade 3-4 times for a small loss then make up for it with the 5th trade. Not applying risk management is bad for your wallet and your mental state.

It looks like we are pretty safe now and should recover to at least 3-4k unil the end of the year. Not getting the opportunity to buy BTS below 2200 is very stupid imho.
