i'm agree with you but not 100%, althoght it has some risks, it still has many benifits. for instance Auditability,Traceability,Transparency, and Security. Do you think so?
If I want to launch an e-commerce website. Who should I get contact ? In order to design my website, display my product and tons of thing. As a whole new person who knows nothing about technical knowledge, i need people who guide me, give me pieces of advice.
According to your profit data, it’s amazing result report, so I believe that you’re offering yours customers professional services. And, I want to know more about marketing campaign as well as products criteria that distributed in the market.

We all assume that there may be risks when taking part in a E-commerce. Quality of the brands is not guarantee, online shops absolutely do not allow people to experience before purchase, it is the biggest risk. Moreover, our infomation like name,ID,number card can be hacked. Does anyone has the same thoughts? It's interesting but i have some questions. I think there are many other commercial websites in Vietnam, not only Caganu, aren't they?
Is there any formidable rival? and what will you do to compete with it? or what can you do to attract clients?

There are many risks. For buyers, they worry about customer dispute and chargeback, as well as account information theft by hackers. For buyers, they consider about the quality of products, prices or shipping fees. Also its difficult for customers to ask for consultation from sellers

I have the same question in this case. How can e-commerce companies like Caganu or Amazon, and Ebay.... guarantee the quality of their products?

in my opinion, in order to solve these problem, i will cooroperate with some well-known shipping companies and negotiate for the best deal that will benefit both parties.
Your goal is to become the "Amazon of Vietnam", so as far as I know, there are also local e-commerce companies and how are your ways or approach different from them that will help you accompish that goal. Furthermore, will you apply the methods used by Amazon in this market ?

I find this post to be full of much-needed information about the Caganu project but the presentation seems to be bland as there can be many simple ways of presenting it beautifully since the project based on my reading can be really good. There is an ongoing and coming explosion for the eComemrce sector especially in the Asian region and good to see that Caganu is recognizing this trend and will be there to exploit the opportunity. I will be watching this good project...this is really interesting but am hoping that the marketing department will be creative in persuading people to come on board and start a Caganu avalanche of support. Domestic available market for Retail in Vietnam is estimated to be worth $156b (10% CAGR), while the serviceable market for E-Commerce is estimated to be worth $10b (37% CAGR). Caganu is operating in the green field of e-commerce in secondary provinces, where no major player is established. The obtainable market is estimated conservatively at 25% of the total domestic E-commerce. Caganu will capture the opportunity of the whole e-commerce in the provinces plus a chunk of local retail thanks to O2O and offline strategy. After they have captured the provinces will they target the major areas next ?
