It is not easy to predict cryptocurrency market because this market is news driven and one positive or negative news makes a huge impact on the market but everyone is hoping that bull run will come this year but the exact time cannot be predicted.

First of all, the definition of "bull run" is different from one of us to another. Someone might have bought BTC at the top, and he waits for BTC to go to 19K, so that he becomes even! Someone might have bought BTC or alts a lot cheaper and he might wait for, say, 6K BTC.
That being said, I believe we won't see a 20K bull run anytime soon. But if anybody is happy with lower numbers, we might see better numbers than we have now, in early 2019.

I don't think that we will see a bull run in the first Q of 2019. Maybe in the second half of 2019 or towards the end of this year.

I hated to make a prediction, in 2018 I predicted and hoped the bull market started many times but it did not happen. So this year I will be quiet and wait for its arrival

i'm sorry to bring you bad news...but probably there won't be no bull run this year.
End maybe the next big bull run, will not reach a 100X, but a more common 10X.

I think that in this world nothing is impossible, so my prediction in 2019 is that the BItcoin price will rise again, even though it is not as high as at the end of 2017. Because the market is very cheap, and look forward to the right time to go up this year.
Won't can tell when but bull run will happen for sure. Not bull run will happen but sudden increase which make us excited because we get chance to buy at lower price. That is not bull run. I do not see any signs for this. It was just a slight recovery of the market after it was dumped. It is an increase and decrease in each cycle. Besides, the price of BTC and ETH increased, causing altcoin prices to rise.

I think bullrun can be predicted after we see it at the end of January whether altcoin and ico lead to a positive or negative trend. even though there is a bullrun I think it will run slowly and not as significantly as the end of 2017. Hardfork conducted by ethereum this month will be one of the references to the rise of Altcoin, if it is successful then optimism for a positive trend this year can be expected.

Bull run for Ethereum started few days ago because Ethereum showed a good progress.

Next year I guess? 2020 for sure. Still we don't see any potential for the sudden and abrupt increase on the market as the cryptocurrency is stable on its market cap and price. Well, it's better to be prepared rather to have no profit at all. Start on trading now and keep accumulating more cryptocurrencies.

It's hard to answer as we don't know when and we can only predict. Many people still predicting, the bull run will come to us in this year but the truth, they even don't know if that will really happen or not. I think we don't have to think about when the bull market will come but what we need to think is how we could still make the profit in the bear market so we can have more balance in our wallet and prepare for the bull market.
