From my point of view, it is not good variant doing a very fast conclusion. The falling trend is not finished, look at the BTC graph, each next peak is lower than the previous one. It is better to wait until the end of the fall BTC.
I think the best altcoin to buy in this time is ethereum.

I don't think so because it won't fall below the current price maybe because we have seen very strong support at this level which seems to be the price of bitcoin maybe increasing further.

It's not finished and its still a good time to buy more coins, alts or bitcoin.Why you will have to wait until the end of bitcoin's fall before you'll start buying? don't wait for that time because you'll miss the boat if you do so. While you have the opportunity, don't skip it and decide for yourself so you can ride the boat and won't regret. But if that's your strategy of waiting until the end of fall, it's your decision.
Yes this is the right time to buy altcoins on this time because the value of altcoin is low. Now some of the altcoins values are recovering back in the market so invest in as many coins as you can. of course buy it now is the right thing for me because the price will increase for an unspecified time as long as you can be patient and confident with the future
A good time to buy and save some for the future at present price where many coins have dropped majority of the price and so you can buy easily at lower value. Do buy some of the best coins at the better price than buying at higher price.
yes this is the right time, but besides buying when the price is low and selling it at high prices, we also have to choose a coin that has the potential to rise, one of which is ethereum.
My main idea is go against most of traders. After 1-2 week price for bitcoin will cross triangle and go up or down. If price for bitcoin will go up- I will buy altcoins. If price for bitcoin will go down- I will wait
Still, the prices are very cheap in the market which the prices will start increasing once the Bitcoin price starts increasing. So it is always good to buy the potential coin which has great development because those coin prices will surely reach the higher value when the market starts recovering.
Right now, the prices are even more than cheap enough for anyone not to ever consider wanting to invest for the long term. Looking at most of the altcoins, except for some who have gotten pumped a little, I would say the chances of seeing the alts really making a big move is becoming glaring and it takes someone who is smart enough to know that the possibility of experiencing a bullish move before the end of the year could still be there. A lot of the altcoins have reached a huge demand zone and the possibility of seeing a reversal soon is there as long as the condition gets right.

I think is a good time to buy some altcoins this time. But you have to choose some altcoins with strong project and legit ones. And also depend in how much time you will make profit, some coins are good now for fast and small or higher profit in short time, depends how much invest and others coins can make a lot of profit in longer time. Keep in mind invest only money that you afford to lose.
Hm I think since march we have chance to buy more coin, because most of crypto are down. In october is last chance for we to get cheaper price I guess. Yeah I know that price is not decided just becaise we're in Q4 of the year.
Now is actually a very good time I must say. We have seen a whole lot of the altcoins bottom out completely and some are consolidating while some have shown some strength but all depends on how the general market tend to move which we all believe that this Q4 should come with some pretty good goodies as the case may be. As long as you know what you are putting your money into, you believe in the long term prospect of the project and you know the chances of seeing a huge growth is bound, then this is the time to start picking your favorite altcoins. Many new Altcoins appear on the rise in value and positive news. This will speed up the market.
May speed up but the million dollar question is when. It is definitely a good time to buy bitcoins but about altcoins, it may be or may not be. It is purely based on which coin, you will be choosing. I mean some altcoins may roar and many may not.

you can follow the webs like coin360 or coinmarketcap to see the prices. when the market is red, it's time to buy, when the market is all green - sell or hold it as you want
As long as you are not jumping in front of a moving train you will be fine. A lot of altcoins are already in their historical bottom and even if they could fall lower, it still does not necessarily mean one can still not try to take advantage of them, pending the possibility of seeing the market recover as the case may be. Usually, the best time to always buy anyway is when the market is really down and there is absolutely no one trying to want to buy, and the best time to sell is when people are getting greedy. This about sounds the time to be buying as far as I know.
I feel a lot would come in the short term as we will get to see the market receiving some buying spree when the institutions start kicking in and I believe with the way things are going, we might start seeing some good movement upward in a short term before the end of this year and even if it does not come this year, the best time to always pick projects you are looking forward to their long term is in their dips and this is the time to be taking good advantage of the market.
