I think it depends on the inflow as well, i don't expect when ETH ETF trade is out, the inflow will surpass bitcoin by any means, if its disappointing, it might give quite the opposite effect, even right now bitcoin inflow streak has been broken and there's some outflow, though eventually it will hits neutral at some point, but I expect that ETH ETF to be underwhelming, since it might correlates heavily with the fact that most ETH are locked in some protocols, maybe ETH ETF will not be a popular option.

if i'm being honest though, ETH can't really hit $10k, I expect it to hit above $4k marks but never $10k for one simple reason that even within bitcoin bullrun ETH is rather weak, the money flowing to the market is relatively small, can't even hit previous ATH, it's a sign that maybe this coin don't perform well this bullrun.
