My bag is full long ago so don't want to buy new but we are waiting to see bull rull which may arrive soon. Your advice is good but investors should fill their bag with bitcoin first and then think about other tokens. If you are a crypto investor then bitcoin is the best first investment for you. However the altcoins market is pretty much a dump right now which gives you a chance to make good profits in future bull markets.
That's how it should be. Prioritize investing in Bitcoin first, and try diversifying by investing in established altcoins. Then you can add coins or tokens of your choice that are not established yet or much risky compared to established coins yet there's a possibility to gain huge (digging deeper is necessary here).It is crucial that you have a knowledge about crypto in general to have a better understanding and not just blindly investing just because of others advice or you watched a random videos suggesting to invest in a particular coin. Bitcoin and ETH are worthy coins to hold so prioritize these coins before anything else.

Make sure they are safe in your wallet because, the bull run is preparing to happen next week to allow those that used their opportunity well in the bear run to buy Ethereum and other potential coins and hodl for bright future to come. I believe you know, whenever the price of BTC move in the market other altcoins price will begin to move also and Ethereum price will reach $3k before the end of next year for long hodlers and short hodlers to use the opportunity to achieve profits that they have never achieve before in the market.If truly you have huge amount of Ethereum in you bag, don't be in a hurry to sell them now because, there is bright future ahead of those that will hodl for the price to rise to their satisfaction.

Yes and it is only the interested ones will invest in it and everyone. Investing money for 5 or more years is not an easy task specifically when the person is not doing any to survive in the period of this investment so many will prefer trading to investing in Ethereum. Investment does not really means that the person must have enough money in the wallet though it is part of it but the person must be patient and have the determination to wait for a long period of time if not the billions has in the wallet will not yield to produce enough profit for him.But if they use those billions to invest in Bitcoin or use some to trade the. They will be making more money for the investments than keeping all one coin. Because there are those who rely on trading to survive.

I'm new to crypto and currently invest £100 - £150 weekly accross my portfolio which includes alt coins such as XRP, XLM, AMP, ADA,MATIC and a few other lower prices assets and have been reading this forum a lot over the weekend and seen many people suggesting to have ETH and BTC to diversify, but is this option even worthwhile for a small timer such as myself with the price of each coin? i can afford to invest the figure i've mentioned and not worry so much if i lose it as i put a larger % in my bank savings, but chose to invest smaller amounts devided between the assets i currently have over the months leading to the bitcoin halving.

There is no doubt that Ethereum has great potential, it's the best altcoin and the second-best cryptocurrency in the market. Based on its growth potential and the way it goes up when Bitcoin goes up a little, I believe $10k shouldn't be a big target for it in case Bitcoin reaches $100k as speculated by everyone in the market. However, if Bitcoin can't reach that target and settles down somewhere below $90k, I guess we won't be seeing ETH hitting that mark as well.
That being said, I think it should be a part of almost everyone's long-term portfolio because to me, it's the most trusted cryptocurrency after Bitcoin and if there is a coin that I trust enough to hold it for long after Bitcoin then it's Ethereum. The reason behind that is its consistent performance over the years.
10K is definitely a realistic target, specially if we are talking about this bull run, I believe that it will certainly be possible. If I am not wrong, that would put it somewhere near the btc marketcap level, obviously bitcoin will go up too but that is really a strong stance for ETH as well. It was used so much that everyone had at least some eth in their wallet because there was a reason or not to be played, I mean we need to be something that has to be growing better and better. I know that we are going to end up with something that will be a bigger deal. I hope to see it grow even bigger, and be used a lot more, and during this bull run, that could happen.

ETH is one of the best altcoins and this has been proven after several years ETH remains in second place in CMC so the conclusion I have come to is that as long as there is BTC, ETH will still be there. ETH is one of the future assets after BTc so I don't hesitate to always put eth in my basket.Moreover, it can be said that Eth is currently on sale or still cheap. If you buy it now, you will definitely get bigger profits in the future when the bull run occurs. I also want to say btc is up and eth is also up, so don't doubt these two assets in your portfolio.

Looking at effective price of altcoins ETH has not really record a bad history and very soon ETH will hit way bigger and better, if you have sphere money buy plenty of it and allow it to run for five years and watch what the outcome will be. Let's not surprise when ETH will shook the market cap of world trade many will be made billionaires and by then it will be too late for others you didn't buy at all. In shot begins to store all the relevance altcoin and wait for it. Happy Sunday
I agree with your opinion, eth is still very cheap now and in my opinion eth will break through its all time high again and give us many times the profits, especially as eth is called the king of altcoins, eth is also one of my favorite coins after bitcoin and eth is one of the coins that came in My portfolio is 50% higher than other altcoins

ETH @ $2k can still be worth buying if you know that this is going to be a long market for you. The ATH of it is still high than the current price of it. But to say that this is still cheap, it's the same as those people saying that Bitcoin is still cheap when you are holding it for long and that includes me.Overall market is now in recovering mode after 2 years almost..Bitcoin is trading on the bullish pattern.. ETF could push the bitcoin price to 50k and then journey to ATH. Ethereum is the coin which will pump with btc price with a more speed than BTC. ETF platform also interested in accepting Ethereum ETF which is good news for Ethereum.. I think 2k is normal price.. Below 1500$ was very good opportunity but many people missed it.

So far, it's staying for long being the top 2 in the market and unlikely to get replaced by another altcoin. If it's going to be replaced, I think the best option is going to be Tether.

I thought this season would be for L0 projects like Dot and ATOM but they completely lost the market with ETH L2.
Ethereum price is increasing gradually and all the best trader have an eye on the Ethereum as it is the only coin which people not mostly prefer due to its high fee all over the trade but still most of the trader are predicting it and they are always in need of it. Mainly the coins which are going to list on the chains like I can say Ethereum would be more preferable than on other chains as their prices mostly pumps and they are the long term project as compared to the coins that are listed on the Bsc chain there prices increases but for a time being. Not all but some may be.
What you have just said went over my head but if you are talking about an altcoin that is on the ETH chain but one of its L2 then you are not fully right. A altcoins price of an altcoin isn't determined based on which chain it is on. Though launching on a blockchain with a large community is always preferable, as this gives that project a chance to grow with that community, it fully depends on the requirements of the project. If it is a gaming project then Tron and Sol can be better options, as these are the fastest and cheapest blockchains right now. ETH mainnet is not good for gaming due to its high transaction cost. This fact is true in most cases.
