I think it`s a good time to buy altcoins because a market is falling down with its value, but you need to choose promising and perspective altcoins for buying.

i suggest to wait a little longer. Bitcoin will continue with its pump and dump pattern in the next couple of weeks and is expected to increase value as we approach quarter four. best time to invest is when it gets low in September. There are a lot of forecast that we are to face another big dip.
I do not see a point in waiting anymore, even if the price of bitcoin went down significantly the same is going to happen to altcoins so there is not going to be any kind of big profits you can take out of this movement, the only thing you could do if you are so sure that is going to happen, even if I do not think that is the case, is to cash out and then invest in altcoins.

Partly agree with you. I believe that in such a market it is better to buy altcoins for a large percentage, Since they are able to make a big profit when growing.
