Im not sorting out ICO or not, just checking the team and roadmap, what has been done as for now, future plans etc.
In long run projects with good basis as Ingot and Iexec RLC will survive as the hyped ones with marketing behind only will turin into the dust!

Not a good to buy altcoin at the moment. Better to hold your bitcoin and wait after the etf announcement. Alts will go down a little more once bitcoin goes up. If you want to stock on alts buy coins like binance and kucoin they are stable because their exchanges use the coins to pay transaction fees and rewards.

No, the price of bitcoin is not going to go that low anytime soon, however I agree that this is a bad moment to buy altcoins, if the bitcoin ETF is denied then the price of bitcoin and altcoins will go down and if the bitcoin ETF is approved the price of bitcoin will go up but the price of altcoins will go down, in fact I cannot imagine a single scenario in which alts go up soon, so it is a good idea to wait until they crash a little bit more.

actually, this is a good time for us to buy many altcoins because the price is in the low price and like you said, we can buy any of altcoin that we want including to buy the expensive coins like ethereum, dash, monero, litecoin, zec, or even bitcoin. we can choose whatever coins to buy while the price still in the downtrends. but soon, after this is over, every altcoin price will be back to increase and we are going to be late to buy the coin. so make sure you can make a decision for this.

It's better to postponed if you have any plans for that. If I were you, I will wait first for a bitcoin bull run because that's what will really push the altcoins to the bottom and that is the good time to pick them and stop only once bitcoin slowly decreases back.
