When you do buy or sell make sure you know the market situation because it will help you a lot. Do buying when the price is cheaper and it only happen when the market is dumping, so even some investors are not happy if the market is goes down still some individuals are glad because that day are they waiting to lots of crypto. While do selling when the market goes up or rapidly rising because surely you'll get huge profit. But you're only want to sell you just need to watch the movement of the market, so if there's any changes upward then sell it.

I also agree with you that this is not a very good time for you to selling any of your coin because the market is low and you will be selling at loss but if you hold or buy your desired crypto this period, it will be very profitable because the price will rise higher than it is now when the market recover from the bear and the bull run start.

i rather go buy in this moment because i saw a lot of good coins in the market that had a good potential to hold and wait for a good price and hoping that all of those coin will recover as the bitcoin price recover itself from the market. i dont prefer myself to sell because all coins in the market was so cheap and what i did is to buy more coins than to sell some Cheesy

Do not rush in making a decision to sell or buy more coins. Always observe market developments and do analysis, if you think there are coins that have the potential to increase then you can buy them and wait until the coins increase considerably. And if the coin you have is not possible to increase, you can sell it to cut losses and invest it back into more potential coins.

Sell? NO! Buy? YES! WHy would you want to sell your coins now? are you comfortable with losing your money or are you okay with the little earnings that you might have earned?
