I agree with the principle that this drop is rather a signal for new investments. it is likely that by the end of 2018, many cryptocurrencies will increase their value several times. so I bought some new coins and wait for them to grow.

For me now is the time to buy more if you had extra and holding at the same time. We cannot tell when the market will blast but for the mean time its a great opportunity to buy.

Dont sell any altcoins right now. Because this is a buying period and thats nature of cryptocurrency. I saw every year this quater altcoin and btc market getting down. So strongly hold coins until end of year.
As long as you conclude discreetly which tokens to maintain with open mind and figuring out reasonable proper drops, panic may not remain as an dilemma.

This is the worst time to sell coins. The prices are very low and you'll never get anything in the sale but if you wait until the autumn the situation can change dramatically and the coins will start to increase in price

Do not sell in panic at this level. If your holdings at low level then you make profit by selling your holdings, If you are in loss hold for some more time. My advice is just hold.
If you have coins that you absolutely can not sell them now because all members of the community expect increased prices on coins this fall. If you have free money that will not affect your financial condition then you can buy coins
