if eth is compared to other altcoins, eth may be the best coin of all altcoins, indeed eth is the best altcoin for long-term investments, and maybe now is the right time to buy some eth because the price is experiencing a very drastic decline and after buying it is better to hold the eth in the long run while waiting for market recovery.
This 400$ price range looks very cheap for me too, and so I bought some more lately. Do not see going down to 300$ however.
Ethereum is a good investment truly and now is a good time to accumulate it. The bull market is for all the coin. Bitcoin have highest dominance in all the altcoin so i believe everyone should hod some amount bitcoin before thinking of holding other altcoin.

In my opinion It's the best time to buy ethereum although I will suggest you have to do your own personal research and then u can buy and hold because ethereum has very potential and I'm 100 sure this will easily break it's all time high till 2020.
