It seems that you also have to consider the circulation, total supply, team performance, and the products they have, because all these elements cannot be separated. So if you find altcoin with low supply and capitalization, have good product and team performance, but the value is not comparable it is strongly recommended to buy and hold it until the next few months or years. Because I'm sure this will bring huge profits.

it is very wise to say buying a coin is not because of the price but because of its value and luck if we get a cheap price with a good coin value.

I couldn't agree more, it not the cause per coin/token. The future of coin is where it is at. Usability and the need of it in the future is what the real value. Also its uniqueness is of a great deal.

Value is refer to the price right? So the value of the stuff we are buying on these prices are the value of the coins and tokens. I think its better to try our luck now since the value of the tokens are quite cheap now. Most likely we can see an uphill of price before this year ends.
if the price drops then it is a very good time to buy because if the market goes up it will benefit. and for some time the price starts to rise if you buy it a few months ago, then you have got a profit even if it's not too big and if you keep holding it I think your profits will be even greater because I'm sure that next year the market will improve.

This is correct, but now there are very few coins with real value, but due to the shortcomings of the market, they are increasing every day. And the price now is just a real display of development.
This year alone has good value coins at still very cheaper price simply because they are still new ,you one can't afford cost ones its better to get the newer ones ,like pundix ,holo etc quality is indeed better quantity ,but in bullrun times quantity might be the most profitable of all your holdings ,talking from experience
You are saying the truth but the problem lies where you will find the best coin to buy and not just price you are buying. it is very difficult to say a coin will do best in future because if the majority of the crypto world fail to use it, then no matter how good it is, it will never be a successful coin. I don't really get this concept of buying value and not just because something is cheap. I am only interested in buying coins right now that have project strength and a large market cap and have been around for 18 months or greater. They are cheap compared to their previous highs but at the moment we have no way of knowing what is likely their future price. Perhaps would you care to explain your ideas of what represents value?
