It is possible to buy drugs with bitcoin but I have not done it and will not do it since I don't like drugs or the drugs market at all and I think that is one of the reasons the average person has not adopted bitcoin yet, because they see it as a currency with deep ties to those persons.

If EU would succesfuly find a way to find or trace those transactions in bitcoin then anonymity features of bitcoin would be no more and i just cant believe that this thing would possibly happen in bitcoin but we cant still be assured if EU would be succesful on this kind of mission.It would be a good idea to stop those illegal doings but anonymity will be compromised.

I never support the idea of buying drugs, lower ones like cannabis or big ones like cocaine. That is a fixed idea of mine which will never change.

Having said that EU surely will have a hard time trying to find a way to trace these transactions specifically. That is because in the dark net in the dark markets people know very well how to protect themselves there as they know what they are doing. EU is not a threat in my view.

However people should stop using bitcoin to buy drugs and stop buying drugs at all.

It seems that there are many such ambiguities on a world scale.

It is legal as soon as you consume it there, in the legal state. If you go to a country that allows weapons to be carried out in public and you're coming from one that banned carrying them out in public, you'll be allowed to do that as soon as you're in the one that allows you. You cannot take it back in your country.

Yes, I see what you mean, but Bitcoin is a universal currency which doesn't acknowledge any borders, as you know that yourself. In this manner, if you buy a gun with bitcoins, this purchase may be considered illegal in the country of your residence and fully legal in the country of the seller. Therefore, the same deal is considered both legal and illegal at the same time by different actors. That's the point I'm trying to make.

The same basically with drugs such as marijuana.

I agree to you , If EU finds a way in able track bitcoin transactions bitcoin transactions will not be anonymously done. The anonimity of bitcoin will be remove but the positive side of it the countries has a higher chance of legalizing it and start accepting in each country.
