Assuming you really do provide; are the referrals people that are paid by you to complete deal, or do you advertise in order to get people to sign up to
the site we need them to ?

Dude, make your domain commercial. Free one will not get much traffic , however commercial one would be appreciated all over the world. Also you need to change the website page,which looks cheap.

My review on this service:
I get few referrals in not so popular faucet. But I cannot check its active or not. If you will try get reff for freebitco.in or moonbit.co.in or other popular website its not working. because most peoples who are interesting in free bincoins already have accounts there because using same traffic as most faucets have to promoting links I think.
For differents sites maybe its will work, but in my case is not. Its not profitable.
