This exchange is finished, many currencies affected by their scams. I recommend to people stay away from this exchange if they do not want to lose their money. They have become Scammers.

100% agreed. This is exactly the thought I've had. If they don't fix this very fast, for me it is proven that C-CEX are really scammers and worse than Yobit. If this is not fixed soon, I will never trade on C-CEX again.

I agree! But C-cex can do anything they want inside whether its a scam coin or not. And control the coin's status!

Yes, and they are also great SCAMMERS that stay the money of the votes of the coins without adding them to the exchange. See (bikercoin and dynasticoin)

look what is happened to my friend!
Your friend has answers in ticket system. But we can copy it here too: LEO coin developers are aware about problem with LEO wallet on C-CEX - it does not work. At all. We spend more than 10 hours in total work to bring it online with all possible known methods. It just stop respond to RPC requests in several minutes after start. LEO developers promised to fix it in upcoming versions.
The last answer from C-Cex he get 16 February, that is all... He still waiting for answers and solutions!
Talked to LEO dev today. They promised to release new wallet very soon. No exact dates yet.
Yea right... that means he have to wait another 3 months to get c-cex withdraw of Leocoins?

I also do not understand why the HMP blockchain is supposed to be broken.
As can be seen in the block explorer it works perfectly fine.
I also sent some HMP coins to Yobit which also worked out well....
