I'm simply not content with being told i'm going to be paid back 0.03btc/day for my 20btc.. that's 667days - BTC will be $10,000 by then!

Your best options:
1. Sell a portion of your site for like 200btc to regain solvency, and pay back your users.
2. Create a cryptocurrency voting system similar to cryptsy/other exchanges - this will SERIOUSLY bring in a lot of money to the exchange, of which you will be able to refund the users with.

With all these exchange hacks, 4 come to mind in the last month. Are you owners combining efforts and comparing notes? It would be the smart move.

Glad to see increased security measures are working, and my daily BTC refund has increased since the refund system was implemented, showing confidence in this exchange is increasing.

Still, I think it is a good idea to consider selling fee shares.  Even if only for a small portion of the exchange, and even if you could only raise 10-20 BTC, it would quell the FUD if all those owed all of a sudden got back 20% of their BTC in one day.  Plus, people like to trade fee shares, it would increase your daily volume.  If this exchange is to be the success you envision it being, you could buy back the shares.  I believe it is the wise move for the short and long term future of this exchange.

We are still stuck in a catch-22.  You can't pay back those who are owed because you are not yet trusted enough after the hack.  You won't gain back enough trust until this hack is behind you.

Even if it takes 3 months to pay back the BTC to those who are owed, 3 months is an eternity in the crypto world.  You will not see significant growth until this is all put behind you, and the longer this hack lingers, it just gives all the other start up crypto exchanges room to grow and a chance to gain a foothold.

Trust is hard to come by in this world, you were gaining trust, then this mess happened.

I am saying this for the good of the exchange (which I do quite like) and for my own personal benefit because I am still owed BTC:

We had another hack attempt today. Hacker registered several accounts and start's playing with our C-CEX Codes. He used something like DDOS on it and tries to make double spend and send it to other his account. He was able to get some LTC for it. We detect it in time and stopped it. All accounts were verified and all fraudulent transactions were reversed. He did not do any harm to our customers. Our dev carefully revised C-CEX codes scripts and made all neccesary fixes and upgrades not to let it happen again.

Exchange operations was stopped for about 1 hour and we are fine now.

Yes - we had performance issue yesterday because of very much of new customers. But it was not during 2 days. We are ok from yesterday.

Serious problems at the moment at C-CEX, Cant reach the start-page for 2 days now.
I keep getting the message "Problem loading the page"
When will this be solved again ?

i try to make some math:

if i see this link (https://c-cex.com/index.html?id=stat), in the last 24 hour on c-cex there is Total BTC: 16.97900997.

Fee i 0,2%. So, 16.97900997*0,2% = 0,03396btc

If the daily trade volume will stay the same (and we all hope that become bigger), we have: 124.9btc/0,03396=3680 days = 10 years.

How do you think that you can refund us in 3 months??

Only if average Total BTC of the next 3 months will be 690  you can refound us in 3 months. In other words, a volume 40 times bigger than the actual.

What math did you do? we deserve at least some explanation...
