Fuck you c-cex, fucking burn you thieving incompetent fucks.
I have been repaid a total of 0.03 BTC out of the 3.05 BTC I was owed since the hack in Feb.
I go back to check my account today to see how much of a pittance they have repaid and oh no, I said something mean about it in the trollbox.
What do they do? Not ban me from chat, what any other REPUTABLE exchange would do, THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! The reason? Abuse. Fuck you assholes, you still owe my over 3 BTC, nearly 2000$ and I am supposed to watch what I say?!?!? You are supposed to be kissing my ass!
As if I didn't already know I was never getting my BTC back, now there is no doubt. They even stole my random collection of shit coins I house there!
Wish this exchange would just fuck off and die already.

For last time we had very much of DRK withdrawals that our hot wallet could not handle.
We had several issues with cold wallet that was consequences of 23 feb accident that did not allow us make withdrawals in time.
It is stilll in the process of being solved and we are trying to rectify it, however we have already started to process queued withdrawals. All of them will be processed in time.

If a bank is robbed, does the customer lose their funds? No, they cover the losses on their end because it's the risk they took with launching such a company.

Major issue recently with this exchange. They were hacked and they lost like 100btc.
Instead of covering the losses, they froze the btc balances of the users on the exchange to make up for the stolen coins. We've been given a rough estimate of 3 months before we will be repaid, but I have serious doubts about the integrity of this exchange.

It seems that DRK withdrawal on https://c-cex.com does not work, I am waiting all day to receive my coins. Now I have the feeling that's not going to happen.
I send a support ticket and the answer was just to have some patience, since my withdraw is queued for processing, but just this. Never had such experience with an exchange before.
Do you guys have some idea what is happening?

We have some issues with DRK wallet. When it will be solved - all DRK withdrawals will be processed.
When is this expected to happen? I've been waiting since the 14th.
