I haven't used payeer before so I have no idea how good it is. I might give it a try.

OK This is not a direct problem with C-CEX but be careful when using Payeer to make a deposit to them.
I have just done so and paid Payeer with BTC and after 2 hours of waiting it said it had been cancelled,
it then showed a cash balance in the Payeer account so I tried to make a payment from balance and it then
said my key was wrong so I reset it and my money vanished and so did any records of the transaction history.
I have emailed support at Payeer but until I get my money back I would not use them to pay for anything.
C-CEX is looking great and made a few easy and succesful deals there....

UPDATE: 9 hours and support have fixed it and completed payment (no apology or reason why the error happened)

Well I have just tried the service with a small deposit of BC, then bought some DogeC and withdrawen the DC to my wallet and all has gone very smoothly. Hope the site gets busier but it looks like its off to a good start...But being new I would always go small and slowly till time proves them.
