The site appears to be down. I only get a white screen at the moment. I truly hope that this is all one big misunderstanding as I truly did enjoy using the exchange for many years.
there is no misunderstanding here. the day they started deleting accounts from their database to take their money and stopped answering any complains, that days was the day they turned into a scam exchange. if you choose to still visit the site that is on you.
and that is the story with all the exchanges, they are OK for many years and then overnight they turn into a scam. there are prior signs of course, but it happens fast. MtGox, Cryptsy, Bittrex, ... and a lot of others have gone the same route.

Today i tried to remove BITCF coin from there after failed/vanish withdrawal ( cost 1000 in fees to withdraw ) last week, and 1st test withdrawal worked unlike the other 1, so tried to send the rest 20000 worth and once again no confirm email and 20000 BITCF vanish from account..
This isnt the 1st time same happened with CRW/Burst and around 10 other coins and same with BITCF there no record in transaction history and no "send confirm email again" button...
Support tickets u can never make a ticket and IRC he never in chat..
Yuri or whoever is running it in the background has gone into THIEF mode and just stealing outright....
AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST..... i left there as chat mod due to all he was doing was listing scammie tokens ( mostly REDDOT tokens ) ,chasin short term gains for long term issues are all tokens are.

This is all very troubling. I was wondering earlier about "vacation time" being used it as "padding" time to shut down accounts for inactivity. Have you heard of anything like this happening in your time as a mod?
This me make this clear 1st chat mods have no part in the background working there just there to moderate the chat and help users with issues before they makea ticket or have to make a ticket...
As for "vacation time" i thought at 1st was good that yuri was having a break and it was clear he was starting to lose his shit and 1 man show at ccex after Finch and other admins left the site and might help him clear his head and start to act like a pro admin.
"vacation time" was used to help make coins delist as you couldnt get btc volume on them if you couldn't deposit any btc into the site to get vol on coins unless ya a scammie token maker... Alot of great REAl crypto has been delisted from ccex using this method inc ACP coin...
Yuri knew that ACP dev would freak out and make vol each time he put it on delist even tho it had more normal movement that alot of other coins that never got put on delist, i had to tell yuri at that 1 point to remove ACP coin from delist list or remove my blue badge ( chat mods save admins ALOT of support ticket work cuz they help users with issues that they dont realy need to make ticket for and hence saves admins time and can just deal with real support ticket issues ) he removed ACP from delist and pretty much proved my point that he was playing ACP dev..
i advised ACP dev of this but just would attack me saying im not putting vol into his coins which i had for years and helped with alot of shadow dev stuff with his coin, then the ACP decided to steal from me in other ways.. ( DW this will come to light with the police soon im done with waiting for him to do the right thing )
"vacation time" was also used to in the VERGE theft and in the next "vacation time" DOGE theft... i would make it clear in chat box that the verge theft aswell as the so called verge replacement coin was a joke as he didnt make a replacement coin with the same amount of coins that were so called hacked he made a coin with BILLIONS more which would mean people with swaped coins would NEVER get the same value as the lost VERGE and site made $ of that aswell as the verge theft.
I know alot of users that have got the "account closed" bs even tho they log on there every week or so, some of there ccex users have been there longer than me and put more $ threw that site than 90% of all the new users ever will in here life time.. but they would still get the account closed bs...
This is more proof of how TOKENS are fake crypto and TOkens will be the death of crypto if idiots keep buying into, there not decentralized as 1 person premined them all in 5secs, 95%-98% of tokens have no true value EG land or building ( 2%-5% do and have real value but in the way of % that a bd number to have )... Tokens are just "rothchild crypto" made to kill the trust in Real mine-able crypto coins and BTC price esp when exchanges list scammie tokens without checking if they have true assets for the token and remove real crypto in place of scammie tokens....
Tokens are just the new age old game of 100% premine ICOs as they were called in the old days...
The ICO devs like the token devs of these days would just 100% premine a coin and hype the shit out of with shinny GFX and twitter and website and wait for the buy walls to get to the dump total $ vol there happy with then they dump it all on ya arses after they run of with every1 100btc they rinse repeat the same shit with differant named ICO/Token and i see the same shit happen still to this day cuz there always the uneducated in crypto that see shinny and invest there hard ernt $ into a clear to old guards that its a scam threw and threw...At least the ICO dev some times did there own coding or cloned, the token so called devs ( there not devs ) piggie back of a REAL coins chain and dont do any coding just scamming ya...
STOP trading on this SITE and STOP investing in TOKENS there 1 of the main reason's BTC price falls each time they rinse repeat there scam as unlike old guards there not after collecting btc there after getting btc to dump to flat..Da ja
