its a very big scam with tactical conversation and punctual fraud.
Sometimes they work professional but in reality its only show to scam the rest of the people....

Today I had bought some BiblePay coins there, but right at the moment I clicked withdraw (withdrawal to my own BiblePay wallet) the site did not respond anymore, with cloudflare error as result. After that the site went into maintenance mode for about 5 minutes. And finally, when the site was back up, BiblePay went into maintenance mode, and still is.
Then I found this thread and all the issues. So I decided to take my loss and quit this exchange immediately. Lost about 0.07 and sold everything for a lower price with the withdrawal fee of 0.002 included . LUCKILY the transaction was broadcasted to the bitcoin network!
I have my funds partially back, but I don't recommend anyone to use this exchange. The comments in this thread say enough! BE WARNED! You can't even open a support ticket, it always says the queue is full: "Our support ticket queue is full. Please, come back in few hours.".
Make the right decision guys, before it's too late! This kind of exchanges should be taken offline. I don't understand that Cloudflare even want to work with them! Unbelievable!

I have no idea. I've searched for information, everywhere they talk about Mt.Gox, Bitfinex, Bitgrail, but nothing about C-Cex. In addition to taking everything, they have deleted the databases, they disappeared completely. It would be interesting to know how much they took and if a lawsuit can be initiated.-

what happened to c-cex?
it used to be a decent place to trade despite the shadiness. now it seems to have turned into a full on scam. i tried accessing my account and it says it is not found! did they nuke their own database? luckily i had less than 0.01BTC there but it still sucks to lose that and an exchange that i used from time to time.

it sounds more like running away to me
c-cex is a business not some hobby to take a 6 months vacation from and not come back. not to mention that it was a 24/7 market which also is global. you can't just shut it down and go have fun!
a year ago they took a 3 month vacation and i couldn't withdraw any coins. 90 days later they did it again, fortunately i had already withdrawn all coins by then.
3 months on, 3 months off, rinse and repeat
I don't see how they stay in bizness
