There is no need to sell your coins for a lost, coins that have fallen below ico price can still rise and do many X, just go through their road map to see some of their upcoming event, those event can make the price to go up.
I think it's normal because usually after ICO the developer will focus on product development. After the product is successfully launched then the price movement will follow and the community becomes bigger. With the product was successful and as expected by many people. I recommendation to HODL.

But about dumps just after the listing of that coin, there is few reasons:
1. People want to change their bounty to some other coin
2. Product is not finished yet,
3. Or if that project isn't really good, or didn't managed to do the marketing job in this world which is full of ICO's now.

Probably yes !! Its natural to the ICOs will rise and down!! But if they rise it will always rise for 6 month or more thats what ive been searching for the icos !!
I agree with guys who have written that falling below ico price not mean that course won't rise. Why is course falling after ico? Maybe bounty hunters sell their coins, maybe investors haven't interest on coin, because it's peace of shit. Think about it.
How about the price fall below ico price heavily affected by the fact that bitcoin's price is falling so hard followed by ETH and many altcoins resulting mass falling and the altcoin is affected too?as I can see, when the price of bitcoin pumped, the price of altcoin will be pumped too. Falling below ico price isnt really an accurate indicator that a certain altcoin would either die or just part of its correction.No one really knows but the fact you can risk out to buy into those dips since its below ico price, if you have seen pumps above its ico price for how many times then tendency of repeating the same situation would be there which means its your choice if you take the risk or not for the sake of profitability. You're kind of nervous because you didn't conduct a proper research before investing to these ICOs or you are late of dumping these.

Of course yes there'd possibility to increase it depends to the if that coin is for long term and the price is not increase I think it takes time before it will increase. Identify first your altcoins, if that altcoin is not active or trash, like they don't have goal on their project. It will not totally rise again, but if you think that altcoin was dumped because of the market or the price of Bitcoin was dumped also, it will rise again, I know most of altcoins nowadays are dumped because of the price of Bitcoin also decrease, just wait and keep updated on your altcoin.
Most of cases it drops below at the beginning and then can find its route and rise up again
In my opinion, yes, your coins still has the possibility to grow and will yield good profit for as long as you hodl while waiting for the market to recover. Recovery sometimes will take longer and better patiently wait for the right time in selling it.
