Even the Bitcoin now is still struggling with the price, the high dominance Bitcoin still unable to get out of the pressure and keep in bouncing from the resistance line, it's show that no alt coin price will be going up, unless it's being pumped, there is still no single coin that able to replace Bitcoin yet, Bitcoin is very popular and got huge transaction volume, and no alt coin price is near with bitcoin

I think there will never be a bitcoin that can beat bitcoin. Whether eth or Neo or bitcoincash can not do that.
Crypto is known from bitcoin and many people only know bitcoin

Am Not Sure Any Altcoin Will Overcome The Price Of Bitcoin

1. Bitcoin Remains The Dominant Of All Cryptocurrencies

2. Numbers Of Crypto Users Mainly Hold Bitcoin When Altcoin Drops

3. The Movement Of Altcoins Depends On The Condition Of Bitcoin Moves

Conclusion:

Altcoins Can't Overtake Bitcoin Price. Bitcoin Still Remains The Number 1 Of Cryptocurrencies.

It's almost 8 months of 2018 and we have not seen any reasonable hikes for the altcoins,
It was only Ethereum that hit a good value of almost 1.4k$ in the beginning of the year . Since then it's pretty dull.

Forget overtaking can any ALTCOIN ever reach a value near Bitcoin.

if you are just talking about the price then there is an alt name as 42 coin on the coinmarketcap whoe's current price is 2.69 btc at the time of writing this post but it has very much low trade volume as compared to btc trade volume which shows that numbers don't matter influence does and btc is the most dominant coin in the market
Well this is also an altcoin that has been in the market for a long time.I had traded it In 2016 and the value was far above the BTC itself, since the value soared I could not buy it cause would definitely fall into the whale hole.Yes right that people prefer BTC cause with more mcap than others.

Reaching or overtaking the price of bitcoin for now should not be the bone of contention. Rather, our focus should be on how to get profit from these altcoins. I have read from so many posts asking "which altcoin will overtake bitcoin?" The truth just need to be told, bitcoin is the king of other coins. It is the pioneer and the base pair for most other cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin also for other reasons will continue to take the lead in this.

In a bid not to sound overreaching, Bitcoin is king and it is the bigger coin in terms of market capitalization, price and adoption. People who aren't in the cryptos circle probably do not know any other cryptocurrency except bitcoin. They get to know there're alts when they gain more knowledge. Is essence, no alts can overtake bitcoin in terms of price

I agree with your response, all of these points about BTC value and market dominance are true, though its important not to disregard the fact that there are other altcoins with much more favourable projects than BTC and these sentiments for BTC can always shift the other way. There's always a possibility of that happening.

Nope, I don't think so it will take a years before one altcoin can overtake BTC. We are complaining about BTC transaction fees but we never said we will stop using Btc

You guys are soooo missing the point! There are already coins with individual value bigger than BTC!
Bit20 - 120.000$
Project-X - 40.000$
42 - 18.000$
and they are such a shitcoins that you cant imagine! But there are also not so bad coins
RMX - 4.400$
IDXM - 1.400$

It's easy to create shitcoin with big value! But its hard to take market cap from bitcoin, that is now 110 billion $! And that is what no altcoin can overtake!

By what parameter should altcoin exceed Bitcoin?
In capitalization, this is unlikely.
But we remember how Ripple was in the first place for a short time in terms of trading volume.
I'm sure that there will be altcoins that will show growth much more than the growth of bitcoin.
Will see.

No, Any altcoin can't overtake bitcoin's value ever. We agreed that bitcoin is the base , the pillar of the cryptocurrency! ETH is a very good coin, it took the second rank according to the coinmarketcap! But that means is not that Ethereum or other coin can overtake bitcoin

I thought this is another overtaking topic as your title says so.

The only coin that can reach bitcoins all time high can be ethereum. But how much bitcoin should he by that time?

Bitcoin has influenced its place and individuals to have trust in bitcoin. There is another blockchain however they are not acknowledged around the world. A considerable lot of the general people consistently do their exchanges for Bitcoin buys, Many new merchants are getting in and buying bitcoin. Most altcoins are especially expected for a particular capacity which probably won't be as worldwide as bitcoin. I think there are not really any coins that can beat bitcoin. As per market review, we can say that any altcoin neither having the capacity to overwhelm Bitcoin nor beat his cost. Bitcoin has built up a solid and huge network throughout the years.

Not at all. The closest altcoin in terms of value to bitcoin is Ethereum and i am sure you know by how much bitcoin exceeds Ethereum. Let's get this clear folks, bitcoin is the King of cryptocurrencies and there is absolutely no way any altcoin can overtake it.

it's too impossible that Altcoin can overtake Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the parent of all crypto currencies and according to market capitalization and prices there are no crypto coins that are close to Bitcoin. The reach to Bitcoin is too far for Altcoin, altcoins can only compete within themselves and there is no possibility for altcoins to compete with Bitcoin even for another century.

for now there is no altcoin that rivals bitcoin, eth alone yet, but it is likely that in the future there will be a lot of bitcoin rivals and it could be that bitcoin is inferior to the new altcoin
