I beleive Bitcoin is made for ordinary people not for some special social groups or some special knowledge. Anyone who has interest and actualy some basic knowledge can use it and enjoy the Bitcoin benefits. As far as I know different categories use Bitcoin, younger and older people, both men and women. To my opinion, if it wants to survive Bitcoin mustn't be limited just to certain groups but widely spread.

Bitcoin is usually used by people interested in technology. I mean, persons with a certain technical knowledge are interested in bitcoin.

My observations are that way. I think Bitcoin needs to reach larger quantities. Can use bitcoin in people who are not interested in technology?
Can people use the bitcoin in the profession group like tradesmen, teachers, housewives, firemen, butchers? Are we going to see the days that these people use bitcoin?
I believe that these will come because Bitcoin is open for everyone that wants to use it.
People like tradesmen, teachers, housewives, firemen, butchers can start to use it if they know about it and know how to use the Bitcoin.

Ordinary citizens can use it too especially when we implement the rapid use of the lower denominations of Bitcoin (i.e. mBits) so much so that its value will be close to the normal/local fiat currencies. It's no rocket science to know and transact in Bitcoins, just as the ordinary people are able to use ATM's I think the same will go for bitcoins.

I don't see any problem with users who don't know bitcoin and wants to use it. I am sure that they will learn about it when they need to use it. It's like a necessity, when we need bitcoin to survive in the future, then we can learn how to use it.

Back to your question OP, I think most of the professionals right now, even ordinary people has knowledge on how to use computer.

of course because it is not supposed to be only used by people who are techie it can also be used by ordinary people although they are not very interested with the new technology and people has the privilege to use bitcoin whatever their profession and job is but the problem is that bitcoin is not fully adapted to various places in most countries so that people are not getting interested to use bitcoin because it can not be used for a direct transactions when it comes to trading with real goods in some stores up to now .

i am sure that bitcoin can be use for people who are not interested in technology, maybe they only want to save their bitcoin in their wallet and don't interesting with trading, gambling or other. and if this is what they do, i think they are missed something that they can grow their bitcoin from many ways and we can see in today that many people is using bitcoin for many thing but we don't know what is their real purpose because no one will said the true what they want to do with their bitcoin.

i can said this because i have a friend, which only save her bitcoin in the exchanges and not doing anything because she said she don't have a time to do the other thing with her bitcoin and she said its better to save it in the exchanges so she can sell it for quick if the price is high like now.

That is not how an ordinary person uses Bitcoin. What the OP was asking was if a person with a regular life could use Bitcoin in his life or not. Holding, trading and gambling are things that the typical Bitcointalk forum member would do with their earnings from signature campaigns because those are really most of the things you can do with it. Try buying an orange in the grocery store with Bitcoin in your area. Come back here and tell us about your experience.

In bitcoin we all have freedom to used it but bitcoin has requirements and not all people can provide it specially for those poor people.

And for those people who can provide the gadgets needed to access bitcoin it is advantage to have other source of income and to help to increase our monthly revenue.

I do believe that as long as you have the gadgets needed to transact bitcoin, you'll eventually learn it if you really want to know how to use it, then you'll study how, regardless of what profession you are in... Even when you are a poor one, you can rent in internet cafe's to learn it...

I think it's not all about the profession, not even your status in life could prevent anyone from using bitcoin... You'll only have to learn how to use it...  Smiley

I've stated this tons of time on the forum, in the current state of bitcoin it would be a nuisance for normal people to attempt to use it on a grand scale like in their everyday lives. It really just wouldn't be practical for a good amount of reasons.
1) Most things that you want to buy with bitcoin require 1 confirmation which is fair, but the annoying part about this is that it can take 30mins to confirm this with a high fee, imagine if you're paying for something very cheap and the fee is low. You'll be waiting for days on end waiting for a confirmation, I guess they're are ways to fix this but in the current state of bitcoin this is a rather annoying issue.
2) Bitcoin volatility - The price can jump an insane amount anyday and your entire fortune could be worth $100 one day and $50 the next, this isn't as prevalent as it used to be as we seem to be smoothing out but I personally don't trust it.
3) If you're dealing with someone you don't fully trust when buying something their is no area for a chargeback or anything along those lines, I know those can be used for fraud but it's nice to know that you can get your money back if needed.

Any working class person can have access to bitcoin, even if they are not too technologically-inclined. There are now Bitcoin ATMs, which works like a regular machine. We must not also underestimate the power of technology, which now caters even to those who are not tech-savvy. Even older persons who are in their 60’s use mobile phones and go into social media, so I don’t think the learning curve would be too much for them to learn something like using bitcoin, just as long as it doesn’t inconvenience them and it gives them a lot of benefits.

What will the ordinary citizens use them for? Buy items they like online? But they already have their credit cards, cash and other ways and methods to buy online and also offline. There will be no need for them to use Bitcoin. Then also take the inconvenience of buying Bitcoins. It is very much easier for them if you they did not know anything about it.

Most citizens were earning the normal currency legalized by the government but talking of investments in fiat currency is a broad road to travel because of the rampant competitions on businesses using fiat cash money. Bitcoin is one way out of that competition behind our normal currency and like me as part of those ordinary citizens can use bitcoin independently. In order to move far beyond our frustrations just to earn another profit aside from what we earned from jobs which paying us fiat cash, we must use bitcoin as our another source of fiat currency money and I think it solves a lot of fianancial problems on every individual whose desperately in need of money.

In order to encourage them to do bitcoin, we are going to need so much explanation about bitcoin to them, as in all of the important stuffs that they should know about bitcoin. But, based on my experience, and I have already introduce bitcoin to some of my friends, and I conclude that it is not enough to just explain it to them. They must be dedicated to it in order to be committed on doing bitcoin, because for me, it is the easiest way to earn money without being exhausted unlike the other jobs.

And it is possible that many people would turn themselves on doing bitcoin and quitting their jobs because it is a lot more easier job because you are the own boss of yourself, you can manage your time without being commanded by someone who is in the higher rank to you, all you need to do is to post whenever you want to, if, you are going to do signature campaign here in this forum.

People do not have time to research the bitcoin in detail. I am a living person with technology. I have friends working in the IT sector around. I have difficulty even telling them. They just heard the name bitcoin. They not information about the technical infrastructure. They do not know how the system works.

Some things can take time to develop.

nowadays bitcoin is popular payment method of online jobs
so housewife , student , or etc will know bitcoin if they do online jobs
well i cannot agree with you on that one, a lot of online jobs are just paid by simply transferring money via paypal or something like that, by the way I am a student, but none of my colleagues know about bitcoin

It is not that hard to understand and use. Create a wallet and use wallet to spend bitcoin. It is that easy. I do not think you need to be technically savvy to be able to use bitcoin. Everyone can use it. You only need to be technical if you are developing software for bitcoin.

With just a little simple explanation, I believe that everyone could be able to use it. Even without the knowledge of how blockchain and the whole mining, transaction process works. But first you need to attract those people to learn just a little simple things anbout bitcoin, and that will come in time.

But problem is no one use bitcoin, they hold.  Undecided
That is a funny statement .You are telling that no one is using bitcoin but on the next one you are telling that everyone is holding bitcoin, how can that be possible . Tongue
With new web wallets and mobile wallets it is easy for everyone to use bitcoin as you only need a simple sign up and a good password to secure your coins.
