I think one unique currency is impossible, but one that could be universaly it's pretty acceptable like gold or US dollars. If you go to the center of Paraguay they accept dollars the way you want, even in countries pretty closed (like Cuba) the US dollar is acceptable.

Even now bitcoin can be used by universally so the people need to use that now for everything if they want to spend or transact any money.The reason why we want the bitcoin to be used universally is because of its decentralization we can pay and store our money by iurself and we can exclude expenses for storing money and also the inflation,black money and much more.

It will be difficult for the bitcoin even there is an international group that steadtfastly pushing it in many countries to become a universal currencies. Many governments are still against bitcoin and they've been planning to establish a global regulation for cryptocurrencies which includes bitcoin. The top coin will remain to be the altenative currency in the world unless governments changed their minds.

it can be currency for global if all human know about crypto, but for a while. it can be global currency if it can be use offline mode like fiat. everything have power and deficiency, so, use it in the right place. i think crypto can use without eliminating fiat. if some people want to pay in crypto is available, and fiat too

maybe, but I think it won't be easy for countries to accept and regulate it, maybe in the next few years many countries will receive crypto but it will take time to be able to set it up.

bro, the price of bitcoin is always rising and falling is the main reason why until now bitcoin cannot be adopted as a common currency for shopping in supermarkets. which causes the price of ups and downs because bitcoin is not backed up by real assets, I prefer cryptocurrency supported by real assets such as USD, Gold or Real Estate. this allows investors to feel safe with the amount of coins they hold

There is nothing impossible in the progress of this technology, if there are already many countries that accept bitcoin in their government, it can be possible that this bitcoin can be designated as an electronic currency. But of course it takes a long time to implement this.

Universal currency dosen't means it's used all over the world. Bitcoin used illegally over the world that's why it's not a universal or global currency. Bitcoin will becoming a global currency need a lot of high transparency. Because people's abusing it's in everywhere by illegal transactions.
But it is used all over the world right? Bitcoin can be used to all types of transactions so you may not just see the possibility and application now but there it is. Whether illegally used or not, don't look at that part because even fiat money is being used illegally.It may not be the universal currency in the future or slight but it can be use by everyone for almost everything.
I think its very hard and impossible for bitcoin become global currency like US Dollar. Bitcoin is decentralized and no authorities can control and to talk to. But it could be global currency in internet
It isn't hard if the adoption is vast, we didn't even expected it to be supported by some countries so impossible can be possible.

I don't see it yet now, but i don't know if later bitcoin will developing quickly so it become the universal currency.
Bitcoin volume is enough to become a global currency because it provide high liquidity, peoples will easily use their bitcoin and the others can accept bitcoin as a payment. The only problem i think only the speed of btc transaction.

Bitcoin is already universal cryptocurrency. Because bitcoin use all over the world and so many fields. Bitcoin is a border less and no need to go third party. Bitcoin use blockchain system its also another reason.
