This is possible definitely if bitcoin reaches beyond 13k dollars and in the first quarter of 2020, it reaches near 20k or like may be 18k or above. In this way, we will definitely shoot to 50k damn easily by the end of 2020. What we all need to do is simply keep supporting it and invest as much as we can into it in order to support market and secure our portion in profits in the upcoming year.

Yes, you are right, it could be fake news spread by scammers so we should be careful and not get trapped, I think instead of trusting news we should make our own research. No doubt bitcoin has the ability to increase highly in price faster as it has potential but till now price of bitcoin was highest in 2017 which was $25k so this time it can be a maximum of $30k but hard to see it 50k after that I would leave all on luck.

Maybe only halving which can help bitcoin to $50k. And it still possibility and not fixed to happen. And about $50,000 according the title which said that in Dec 2020, will have very small possibility to happen. In speculation thread like this, anything we can say possibly to happen because there are nobody who know what actually happen in future and almost all only make their own speculation.

There is no limit for btc to grow, this depends on us, the more FOMO the better the price it will become, however, if we will just average the price from the current price now to December 2020, I think its not likely to reach $50,000 as that would be a 500% increase or more in just one year.

Its possible I know that, but I'd always rather to see bitcoin slowing down but consistently growing.

if we feel optimistic, looks like whatever the price bitcoin will be achieved right? I also like people who think like that.

I agree on this since before we reach that we need to reach to billions of market cap and provably it won't happen since for sure manipulators will find a way to dump the price so that they can.earn with it by buying at the cheapest and also a chances that people will be afraid of the after delimna of the pump since it happens also base on statistics that we will undgergo of series of dps after the bitcoins reach to it's new Ath every year.

I don't think 2020 it will reach 50k USD because Bitcoin is a volatile cryptocurrency once it will going to moon everyone enjoying 2020 end. But every years peoples are predict the future possibilities and upcoming bull run. I think no one is properly say the future development and further hype so it will going to moon surely cross the 30k USD on next year.

No one knows really what the future will look like but I think all of us wanted to have a very bright and good future for bitcoin. However, the future is still far so it is better to focus on today and enjoy what we have today while we can because we don’t know if the future will be the same or better of what we are experiencing now, $50k is a very promising number and hopefully there will really a time we’ll have that amount per bitcoin.

There is a possibility that it can happen since I guess by that time many people are patronizing bitcoin but we don't know for sure because $50,000 is a bit too far to reach and based on bitcoins performance in a span of a year it doesn’t spike thousands of dollars in a year but we will know for sure once we get there, what is important now is today let’s not focus more about the future because we can’t really predict the future.

I believe that bitcoin is changing the world in many ways, blockchain technology is very useful, and entire crypto scene made a huge progress in the past 10 years. I strongly believe that this technology and bitcoin as head of the crypto is the future, and I believe that price of bitcoin and some alts will rise in the future, as usage grows, demand will grow, and in the end price will grow too. If starbucks is accepting bitcoin that means there is no harm in accepting this digital currency as means of payments or as means of investment. Even backward countries like Africa people know about bitcoin. This all will make bitcoin reach 50k dollars or more.

Me too, STT. I did enjoy this run, very glad it came up to this level just as month's end came up. Was actually having serious problems on P2P selling though, almost an entire day waiting with no takers, leading me to think people were simply not interested in buying at this time, which leads to forced selling and then uncontainable pressure, especially when the walls aren't any good between 8 to 10k.

Can't even really tell where sentiment is leaning now though.
