Bitcoin can improve the economy of the country if we use it in a proper way. It will help a lot in the economy of the country if we put limitations(rules and regulation) on how to use it well. Bitcoin help a lot to those who are in financial crisis(monthly salary is not enough).
Bitcoin is the high rated currency in the whole curreinces presently and if any country have large number of bitcoins then it means the country have strong econimcal site because bitcoin is a money and if you have bitcoins then it means you are strong economically.
Of course this can be because bitcoin itself is widely used by many people and can provide land for people work and automatically also can improve the standard of living and income of the community

I do not think so, when the government accepts bitcoin, many people will use bitcoin to do illegal things, especially gambling problems and tax evasion, it makes the economy of a country go down when people do not pay tax to support the government, then many people are addicted to gambling and bankruptcy, people who are economically improved are casino owners. And as you say, investors will be the ones who get rich from that but with others, they do not know and invest in bitcoin, they just have a normal life or worse when the society is bad Bitcoin is a powerful tool that contributes a lot to a society to include the country itself. Well,you're correct that bitcoin contribute to the society's additional earning, we are just like an overseas worker which we earn money from other country and not from our own currency, and by this mains we already contributed the quantity of our own fiat money which is one way of improving the economy.
