Yes it will happen if bitcoin in the country is legalise, it will help for those countries that accepting bitcoin because the GROSS ECONOMY INCOME will raise so that the economy will improve by the help of bitcoin. And for example you send bitcoin to other and that bitcoin you send will added to GROSS ECONOMY OUTCOME.That's how bitcoin will help to improve economy of a country by bitcoin.

Yes certainly can, bitcoin can improve the country's economy but there must be some things that must be done by the government is to legalize bitcoin, so the government can require taxes for bitcoin users. because it can increase state revenue.
