That's not possible, and it will always fall to "maybe"... banks and money will never disappear, depositing your money to banks is more secure than investing it to bitcoin... Banks have securities and insurances on your deposit, so even if they were robbed, you will always be paid... There is no way that bitcoin could change it...

Agreed that bank will not disappear even the price of bitcoin will be huge because all investor will invest in where their money is much secured that is on the bank and they only invest in bitcoin to have and extra but not invest for a long time of period.

People will prefer to use both of them as both have their unique features and if we have an opportunity to use both of them they why to choose a single one.

Other people want to secure their all money. So i guess that will never happen. Bitcoin is very risky because of its features. You could lose it without knowing it. Ofcourse banks also vulnerable to bad elements but it is centralize and more secure than bitcoin. Bank is your better option in terms of security.

Banks will still exist even if it gets very known that even kids will use bitcoin. bank will still be there.
We will always use fiat to store bitcoin value thus the need of bank will be there. When people cash out bitcoin, they are somehow going to use banks.

It is yet to be seen if banks will accept bitcoin... I think they will fight till the end to not submit to the new bitcoin reality, if bitcoin becomes as mainstream as the internet. They will keep avoiding it as long as possible.

That is true, bank will update their system to have a better services and i think if they see bitcoin is much prefet to use by the people i think bank will accept bitcoin to have an account to them because they can easily earn additional income if that will happen.

That is still a long way for bitcoin to end. But now we should pushing the idea to where banks will be also adapting. It could produce a hell of an investment from them. If they buy a lot then we are being drawned with the wave.

There is still a relatively long ways to go before banks even consider accepting Bitcoin deposits, some of that being the fact that Bitcoin isn't really used enough in enough places for banks to justify having it, but it definitely could be a huge investment plus for them if they find a way to or find a want to include Bitcoin. Currently they have neither.

Its possible that banks will adopt blockchain technology in future but I don't think they will shake their hands with bitcoins as bitcoin is a major threat to the banking system.

If they understand bitcoin then they will realize that bitcoin is not a threat to the banking system, but it will add more convenience and profit to their existing banking system, and I know once the governments approve it for their central banks they will immediately adopt it for their banking system as I believe they have already started testing of bitcoin/blockchain applications.

Just think about paypal, what it had done for it's survival?
Banks will also do the same, they will either partnered with a good and standard wallet provider or an exchange, or for adopting the system of bitcoin they will create their own online wallets, for their survival. But anyway, there will not be any thread for bitcoins, only boost up for bitcoin is highly possible.
