It is started already and some banks is on the way to fill the line and accepting crypto system of payment. We can't feel it directly since only few are using it a mode of payment cause mostly they considered it as an investment. But when it finally stabilized and supported by the government definitely, such change become visible to the community.

It really depends on the team behind the project that will be created that will be focusing in the financial industry, if the financial industry will be adapting the blockchain technology then they should focus on the common problem first before creating something so they will get an easy idea and they can expect a massive adaption in their idea.

The Blockchain is already causing a significant positive impact in the financial industry as the paradigm is now being shifted from centralization which is practiced by the banks to decentralized, practiced by cryptocurrencies. With the help of the Blockchain, payment methods have been made easier and simpler without any third party involvement which normally lead to further delays.
There is already plethora of change in the financial industry due to blockchain technology. It is easier for people now to transfer funds because of blockchain since a wallet is much easier to make than a bank account. The paradigm shift is inevitable because some people are just fed up as to how the banks abuse their authority charging their services a higher fee that they make the depositors feel that they are the owners of the money instead of the other way around. It's time to make the banks feel that there is already an alternative.
