as many said already, blockchains existed long before bitcoin already but as "private blockchains" in companies only as supply chain.
No matter what happens with bitcoin, blockchain technologies are here to stay Wink
The use cases are indefinite

I think blockchain will still survive without bitcoin due to blockchain because the blockchain system is made for faster peer to peer transactions and has many benefits that can help a particular company when used, and the first to implement blockchain technology is bitcoin.

Bitcoin has played an important role to make Blockchain run and put it in place as it is now. But I firmly believe that although Bitcoin fails in the future, blockchain technology will win. Hundreds of fascinating applications are launched on Blockchain technology and some of them will get a definite appeal. Blockchain Blockchain technology is driven for fame by its application to Bitcoin Gold because of encryption that has been perceived as a hacker proof. Bitcoin has been used as a reference for its success, providing a secure network for users.

Blockchain technology powers the public ledger of the crypto coins, it serves as the central managing system to ensure each coin is properly documented, connected together, cannot be duplicated, the encryption and others. This technology could create any kind of coins sames as bitcoin,so probably blockchain could survive without bitcoin, its just happens that the first coin created is bitcoin and become the most popular and the most adopted coins that become known because of its value.

I think yes, Blockchain can work alone without Bitcoin , but the link always comes because the projects based on Blockchain need a means of payment and several other purposes and therefore the use of cryptocurrency. If they cannot create more market for these coins then the blockchain will be a hollow block empty and void.

Blockchain Technology was driven to fame by its application on Bitcoin Gold due to its encryption that has been considered hacker proof. Bitcoin has been used as a reference to its success, providing a secure network for users.

The question however is, can blockchain succeed without bitcoin?
Indeed. Even without bitcoin, blockchain still can run. There are so many coins in the market with a high potential. It just happened bitcoin is too popular and some coins are not. Other cryptocurrencies can rise to the top.

Yes, Even without bitcoin, There are so many alts and coins in the market rather in market places, exchange and other sites, crypto currency will survive without bitcoin, It can stand alone actually, Crypto is founded by a certain community of billionaires I think, It is a sphere where there are so many community, It can survive by that sequences I think.

Compare rates on different exchanges & swap.
Why not? it is like asking "can Window 7 survive without Microsoft Word".  Blockchain is a bit like an Operating System on which Bitcoin runs. When you store your Bitcoin outside of its Blockchain (to a hardwarwallet) you are actually storing a copy of the Bitcoin which is the private keys. Same as storing Microsoft texts on a flash drive, you are storing a copy of the texts

So yes, Blockchain can survive if you can wipe out the Bitcoin but I doubt Bitcoin can be wiped out of its Blockchain.

For me, blockchain can survive without bitcoin, but both sides need each other to work nicely. Blockchain technology is created to solve the problem of manipulation and blockchain is made for bitcoin to explain the double spending problem without the need of a trusted authority that’s why it can transact your money or can work without a single administrator or central bank.

For sure it will do survive even without Bitcoin because people are now getting aware of what blockchain is which makes it more popular not just because of Bitcoin alone but also with all the elements and factors involved within the blockchain that makes it survive and become more successful as time passes by. Maybe we will be thinking that Bitcoin has the one who has the says at all but we cannot rely that with absence of Bitcoin will be also the death of blockchain because blockchain is composes of not just Bitcoin but it is a wide variety of cryptocurrency together.

Bitcon mainly works becasue of blockchain and blockchain in the other side exist becasue there is Bitcoin where people choose to make transactions it is a mutual relationship between the two that proved that system works for the best of the two. So technically bitcoin is functional becasue of the presence of blockchain.

Yes if the question is of survival , the blockchain can definitely survive without bitcoin, people often confuse blockchain with cryptocurrency, blockchain is the technology behind the cryptocurrency, so cryptocurrency cannot survive without blockchain but blockchain can survive without cryptocurrency.

If you look at things objectively, then it becomes obvious that Blockchain already exists regardless of the actions of the BTC, to date, BTC is an excellent tool for traders and market manipulators

I think that's true, the concept of bitcoin with blockchain is a breakthrough that is easily understood by many people. and bitcoin has a better thing than banks to provide security to their owners.

Yes Block chain can survive without Bitcoin, Block chain is just an open ledger that account for the transactions that has taken place. It doesn't in any way fully depend on BTC, Bitcoin only introduced to the world, There are lots of blockchain applications that are being developed out here currently, the medical field is adopting Block chains for its records, The banking sector for its transactions among others.
