I've played several Play to Earn games. and my purpose of playing it is because to make money. but I think the current type of play to earn game is less interesting. and the concept of the game feels monotonous. so we become bored to play it. different from games like Mobile Legend which are always interesting to play. even many are addicted to the game. so the problem is in the play to earn game development team itself. sometimes they are too focused on the Income system. and they don't really focus on developing the fun of the game itself. So cryptocurrency also won't have much effect if the game developer can't make Game play to earn, which in addition to producing but also having to focus on increasing the fun of the game itself. this is why gamers rarely play the Play to Earn game.

It can happen because what we see today, cryptocurrencies have been adopted by the gaming industry and now people are not only playing games but also trying to make money. This is good for people who enjoy playing games because they not only use their money to buy something from the game but they can also make money from the game. I think the Play to Earn trend can still develop in the future as long as developers can provide something different from the existing ones so that the game can attract more people to play it.
People have tried to earn money from video games for a very long time, on MMORPG games people have been farming gold and all kind of items to resell them to other players, so this kind of model in which a player spends their time grinding for something in a video game is nothing really new.

So I suppose that play to earn tokens have a place but they will have to check their business model as many games which were released and were relatively popular have collapsed already.
Maybe if the game project doesn't become a trend because there are things that the team doesn't pay attention to, they lose the moment to develop the project further so that it can be better. I saw the Play to Earn game but because it looked like the previous games, people became less interested. Moreover, they were required to buy a lot of items to level up. And if they went the normal way, it would never be easy. Maybe the team needs to think about how they can make it easier to play and make money in other ways to make players more creative in playing and making money.

In the past most people played games just to get rid of boredom or just to fill spare time when there was no important activity to do but after Cryptocurrency was adopted by the gaming industry then now it seems to have changed people's views of the gaming industry because now playing games is no longer just eliminating boredom because we can also earn while playing, last year Play to Earn experienced high hype which shows that many people are interested in following this type of game, but considering Play to Earn is now less in demand so could it be that they will be abandoned in the future?

I think as a bounty hunter, yes they will leave Play to Earn because they will feel bored with this type of game. But not for gamers, because most of the regular gamers don't really expect crypto rewards from the games they play.
Although from year to year there have been changes in the IMO payment process, what has been developed by the game industry to play the game is limited to cryptocurrencies only.

Play to earn does not provide a real entertainment game, it only focuses on making money. But if they were really serious about building a game that could be both really entertaining and potentially help players make money, people wouldn't leave play to earn. I will believe that play to earn will improve and will return to the market with more quality games, play to earn is really potential.

...could it be that they will be abandoned in the future?

Absolutely No, Especially When the market reaches its full potential, Cryptocurrency gaming can have a tremendous impact on this particular industry. There is a lot of growth potential in the future if gaming companies choose to accept Bitcoin payments and reward their players and some of the big names in the industry have publicized the possibility of accepting cryptocurrency as payment.

Yes, With Technology cryptos, gamers can make money without risking their health. All this means that the future of gaming is definitely backed by smart contracts and different game mechanics that will help keep gamers healthy, instead of becoming slaves to their computers without social connections, but at the same time making a lot of money.

.....last year Play to Earn experienced high hype which shows that many people are interested in following this type of game,
They are interested with the money they can earn from the game and not particularly interested in the game. There's a huge difference there.

I don't think so. The industry just needs to be cleaned up so gamers wouldn't have to be victims of rugpull and exit scams.

Some reputable gaming platforms continue to explore NFTs so that's a good sign that the we will continue to experience P2E games.

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.

Change is constant and trend year by year are different. So, it's possible that it will be abandoned or it may not. It may not, in the sense that people are getting used to it. The main thing and what's I like about integrating crypto on gaming was the feature that you own your identity instead of a centralized entity like huge corporations out there.

If popular games will have their own tokens, which will have an inflationary model, rather than the deflationary model that all p2e games have, then maybe cryptocurrency will gain new popularity among gamers. For example, if in CSGO you can buy some items with their own token, or in World of Tanks. Then you can count on success. And the main thing is that the number of tokens will be limited.

I wouldn't say cryptos will be changing the gaming industry, rather what I foresee, crypto will be creating a new breed in gaming. The traditional gaming will remain as is it which is currently being controlled by Steam, EA or various game pass providers. There will be an emergence of web 3 gaming where the cryptos will be extensively used.

Since the market for web 3 gaming is very different than the traditional gaming, it would create a new breed in the market. The kind of dominance steam 9r similar platforms have, would not be easy to eat into.

Yes, but can "Gaming Industry" adopted to cryptocurrency?

As you know "Steam" are responding to avoided anykind of game who have "NFTs" + a long time ago they remove "BTC" from the payment process. IMO, the gaming industry developed still limited to crypto-currency circle.

We need to targeting non-crypto user, to gain more adoption. But, is not gonna easy because most regular gamer are not really want it.
