Yes, unfortunately the whole market is falling, including bitcoin and ethereum. But in my opinion, this reduction reduces the difference in capitalization between bitcoin and ethereum, so this benefits the ethereum.

I think so. It is possible to make it happen because ETH is the second from BTC. The ETH price are closely to the BTC price that's why it is possible to make it happen especially if the bitcoin price are always decrease. ETH and BTC creates their own way to make people choose what currency is the best. Both of these are safe and well secured, good in money transaction. It can be but I think it needs a very long time to reach the BTC value.
