Of course it can. Believing in fake news can lead to market dump which can have a ladder effect, people will panic sell when there's FUD and massive panic selling. So, it is better to trust your own intuition and verify first whenever you read some news about crypto before panicking.

Social media especially news reports have the biggest impacts, negative impacts on bitcoin. But the truths behind those false news are still hidden making people stupid by making stupid actions.

This is why I don’t listen to any news regarding on cryptocurrency because I know people will react of that no matter what the news are. We are all not the same. There are some of us who prefer making use of charts to determine their next line of action and there are also others that choose to use the news media as their source of knowing prices and making decisions.

Whenever these news media sites gives out false information in order to cause a FUD, those who rely on it will start to withdraw out of panic cause they don’t want to lose their money. So you see? That’s how human beings can affect the price.

indeed news can change the mindset of man, therefore we as a good citizen must learn to understand the news so that not affected from news hoax which finally can influence market unhealthy

News a very strong tools that can generate passions and at the same time create awareness to the general public, in as much as the information can get to the public it has the power to influence they decision either positively or negatively, crypto news has the power to affect it market e.g negative news is what always lead to panic and when there is panic the holder rush into selling there by leading to crash in price and at the same time positive news also lead to confidence and make more people wanting to buy bitcoin and others and that also lead to rise in price.

Hey, medias can be quite reliable sometimes. When the medias started to give good news about Bitcoin and Bitcoin started to pump, that's when I make my movement and wait for a good position to sell, and when the medias started to talk shit either be it true or not, that's when I find another good position to buy some.

If the news that are broadcasting to the people are hoax then for sure it will create FUD to the people in which a panic selling or some people will avoid to join the Crypto investments making the real demand of this investments to reduce then of course market will become weak and it might fall but if the people is not stupid enough to listen and to believe to these fake news then for sure the news will not affect the market price movement too.

Most of the cryptocurrency price movements are influenced by news. I think the news is the main benchmark and used by investors to buy and sell cryptocurrency. So this price makes the price of cryptocurrency very unstable, and this is also an opportunity for some people who cannot afford cryptocurrency at high prices so they spread FUD and can make the price decrease.

Ofcourse it could effect on the value of the bitcoin specially the newbie in the industry who will be more affected on the movement of it so the tendency many newbie would dump their btc the result of this is the value of it will decrease, so if you are a newbie then don't believe on what you hear or read in the news specially if it is bad news it will make you panic and you didn't know what to do so if I we're you I'm going to ride on what is going on to avoid being panic that will cause you for a depression.

I think this is true since Bitcoin is involving money, and I guess if the most of the people keeps on panic selling it will hard for everyone to obtain a better amount of profit given that the bid stays low, and the lesser transactions nd investments happening the lower that Bitcoin might be and we should always practice optimism in every second and it was proven to a great thing for an individual.

Cryptocurrency is new and there are new people coming in every day and those whales take this opportunity to manipulate the market by having bad news one after another so that the price would plunge and they can buy more whereas those who are new to the market seeing those big red candles would panic and then sell their position even though they are at a loss because they don't want further losses. You tend to be emotional when you are new in trading that's why price fluctuates so much when there are big news.

It may just be candles that you can see in the chart but you can see how strong the bulls and bears are when there is news. An immediate pump or dump upon the release of the news is enough explanation of how the people respond to news. Stupidity is a strong word though. It is just that people trade more on emotions rather than being level-headed and trading according to their plan or it may be that they do not have any trading plan at all but just following the crowd buying and selling the coin that is hype at the moment.

When the market goes down, there will be a lot of fub. You may not believe the fub information. But the problem is not whether the news is true or not. The problem is just how many people will sell because of that news.
The market is dominated by news, both true and untrue.
When the market goes up, it does. A lot of good news is coming out.
Do not be subjective. Yes, you will lose it.
