This depends, to be honest. We have different tastes when it comes to things like this and not all of the videos, genres, and porn actresses that I love to watch would be the same with the others. There are a lot of high-quality porn you can watch online without a premium account though I am not saying that this will not work out, it is just that it depends on how well that porn site will attract men and women to buy premium.

Yeah, and even if they will not convert it to fiat right away, it's not like they are going to change their lifestyle because they accept Bitcoin as payment. Bitcoin is just a payment system for them(and it should be for most of the people). And if @Farma means that it is somehow better to be Bitcoin investor or crypto trader than to be a porn artist, I strongly disagree with this notion. There's nothing wrong with being a porn artist. So why on Earth should they want to change their occupation?

That's sad, and that's true. I hate porn, i hate the whole concept of it and how it grows. Look at the top 50 biggest websites on similiarweb, some of them in top 25 are porn sites, it's not a coincidence, it's a modern world problem. IMO - unfortunately Bitcoin is doing great stuff to those websites, by helping them grow even bigger - you can pay for it and not so many people will know about it if you use crypto. The current outgrow of porn industry can be only limited by certain harsh law restrictions, but it brings so much money, that no one will decide to restrict it.

Indeed, porn sites is much popular sites around the world and there also many anonymous accounts that are using just to access their accounts.
As a bitcoin user, I didn't see any negative effects on using bitcoin as a payment method for paying their subscription or registry, because when we used bitcoin for online transaction we can also anonymous and it was easily for transacting payments. If the bitcoins will used in porn sites as their medium, the bitcoin can be more popular and it increases the number of users.

you're right, if it wasn't the porn industry, I think it would be better. it's just that hearing an industry accept crypto, that's good enough. however, this is a pretty interesting step. however, the artist in question will start regarding crypto.

Porn industry still makes money, therefore there is a demand here and when there is an increase of demand, it is good for out market.
In every industry not everyone are accepting it or happy with it, just like gambling industry, there are group of people especially religion that are against it but in reality it gives boost to the crypto market because it gives people an ease to gamble online.

As long as it is a peer to peer type of business meaning pornhub or other porn site doesn't have to convert it to Fiat. I think it's beneficial for Bitcoin as well, the more services that accepts Bitcoin the better because it will contribute to adoption and people wont rely in their local currency to buy stuffs. Like for example in Italy where all other businesses relinquish Fiat and now they're using Bitcoin for transactions.

How do you know that? If you think Tether is already so popular that it doesn't need more publicity, you are wrong. Ask random people on the street, what's Tether, and I guarantee, 99% have never heard of it. Yet, around half of them heard of Pornhub.

Or, why do you think Coca-Cola spent $4 billion in 2019 on advertising and marketing? Did it make Coca-Cola more popular, or are they just stupid, throwing away that money? I don't think so. Additional promotion never hurts, and they know it full well.

Well porn sites adopting the use of bitcoin or other cryotocurrencies can be a double-edged blade. This could promote adoption from the people who are patrons of pornography but it could also draw in bad reputation from the people who are big critics of pornography. This includes people who are indeed open to investing in cryptocurrencies but are negative towards pornography. That being said, this is just an inference. With help from porn or not, I can see cryptocurrencies being more and more assimilated with the common Joe's life. But it is indeed good to receive help from one of the leading entertainment industry providers.

Bitcoin is one of the most popular for digital currency and transaction also this coin is one of the most common use if they want to adopt this kind of payment it is possible because it is faster and secured to no need for the card number, still it is a good option if the pornsites really want to add this kind of payment.

For me, I am totally disagree to use pornsites to make bitcoin more popular. First, even though it will not give any negative effects, I don't see that people will not give the attention on bitcoin. Second, its a pornsite, and bitcoin is not correlated with pornsite. So, I think even if they use bitcoin as a payment in pornsites, it will not be more of the attention.

That's right, Bitcoin is money, and normally money is used in a lot of ways, but it doesn't affect the image of money itself, neither negatively, nor positively. You just can buy any goods and services with money(including Bitcoin, btw), and the only question is the price you are willing to pay.

In short, there can be no negative effects from Bitcoin usage in any field, including porn.

nope because people keep buying porn,maybe you are only using those free videos but those are not completed not like if you purchase premium you will be satisfied to the videos or movies.

I think people expectations from porn acting are getting more out of the order, we are seeing porn industry changing from time to time, old vintage porn are boring and I don’t even get how people spend huge money on blue tape back in the day, and the trend are getting more to catering to individualism specifics fetish orientated, by now I can literally have zero idea how people can get excited over DVD porns, I know they’re still people buying porns, but those people are typically who can’t attest the new generation porn industry or they may not even savvy enough to use bitcoin payment service.

- Indeed, some religions do not like bitcoin appearing on porn websites when it is taboo in their minds but as you said, it's just a small part, it won't be able to affect bitcoin, although some people with their strict religion, they will have a bad view on bitcoin but with the overwhelming number remaining, the advertising here can bring opportunities and expand bitcoin. Because we can see the number of views and followers per day on porn sites, plus some of their services, bitcoin is really a good solution for both sides

So for me yeah Porn will help the increase of bitcoin demands in our society.

Porn itself can be legal or illegal , if used correctly Porn enables people to pay without giving out their information therefore people are more likely to use bitcoins .
If done correctly government does not have any problem with it and it does not bring any negative effects but unfortunately not everyone is alike and not everyone will follow suite , therefore in many parts of the world people are using bitcoins + porn in ways one cannot even imagine therefore it is creatin a negative image for Bitcoins .
P.S. I have had buyers of Bitcoins who actually just brought Bitcoins to pay for stuff like that.

Agree there will be people who will turn their back against bitcoin/crypto for this matter as their faith been corrupted with such action. And besides ain't everyone had the same faith, so no matter what actions bitcoin/crypto space might get involve into, I am pretty sure it would be good as it gets more exposure to public thus, the public will get notice the whole new world bitcoin/crypto has. Anyway, whatever it may be, IMO both side will get the benefit in this circumstances as bitcoin could fill the shortcomings in such platforms, and while being a such thing bitcoin would get he exposure it always been needed. Though it has a negative effects but the positive effects is in the upper hand here.
