If it is listed then you should be able to click on it and see the transaction.

Before doing this please move all funds from this wallet to a new wallet, and be sure to never use any addresses within your old wallet ever again. Try your address on another wallet. like electrum. get private key from blockchain in import/export option. and then import it on electrum and see there, I think blockchain having some issues, I also got a similar issue , I have 0.05btc in my wallet, today I open my wallet I got shocked when I see there is zero balance. but when I import the private key in electrum I see my all balance there.

I figured they would get you to do the same things as BurtW had you do but I was also thinking that the Blockchain.com techs would have a little more insight - I mean with this type of problem. Seems like they don't. If it were a glitch, you think they would have run across it already.
