Governments always have the thinking to suppress the cryptocurrency, because they don't have the control in hands. It is all about the decentralized network which is interlinked. I believe this scenario will change when a country marks a large change in their growth through bitcoin adoption.
We've accepted that little 'fact'. Countries will ban crypto unless they can control it. On the other hand, because of technology, they can only ban from their institutions but the trading of crypto is still going strong.
They just ban bitcoin because they gain nothing from it no fees no taxes nothing. I dont know why they don't just use it instead of fiat It is more safe and more fast plus it cannot be hacked.
Well, its something that most country who banned cryptocurrency is those who also have some project from this. But i think it is not reason why other countries will do it too because they prooven that crypto currency is a big help also for those who are involve here.

i am fully agree with you, even the countries that legalize bitcoin can also create negative things to make the government oppose bitcoin, and i think what we should do is do some backups, what i mean is to start you own business for you to get fiat and not always be dependable on bitcoin, while working and earning fiat you are also earning bitcoin or altcoins so if the government oppose bitcoin, you will not loose because you have started your business from bitcoin. Accepting Bitcoin is a big opportunity to anyone but how it can be if most of the country ban it.Government of different country against Bitcoin because they want to control everything even if it is a big help for the society.They cannot understand the fact that Bitcoin will never be control by them that's why they intended to ban it.
It is necessary to accept the fact that absolutely not all countries will want to accept bitcoin, and this is quite normal. Each state has its own government and it will not happen that absolutely all countries come to the same conclusion.
Governments redistribute money in a society, in order to stay in power, so they tax. Cryptocurrencies undermine most monetary policies of governments. so i believe tax is the major reason for the band in this countries.
However, there are countries that have accepted bitcoin and are beginning to develop it. Perhaps China and Korea will ever change their mind.
Yes we should accept that facts but i think we need to fight their wrong perceptions about bitcoin.

I actually accept the fact that most of the governments will oppose crypto currency. But I am worried about the people who are affected in the countries that banned bitcoin. What if there are many people in that country wants to invest in bitcoin? How can they invest money if bitcoin is banned in their country? I am somehow upset.
Still governments cannot stop it, they simply cannot stop people from using or investing in cryptocurrencies. That is why governments will embrace their own versions of cryptocurrencies to attract people and still control them. Honestly there are pros and cons of government regulated quasi-decentralized cryptocurrenceis. This has become much of a need because of the alarming rate at which the public get scammed from certain ICOs. In my opinion there has to be some sort of screening/regulations on ICOs.

Indeed, hi there, you have a quiet good idea about this kind of thing, and yes we cannot pleased the government nor make bitcoin free in our country. As far as I see, governments are lacking in idea about this kind of thing, bitcoin is really beneficial all of the time yet they are ignoring the good side of it and focusing only on the down side that is why they are blind to the benefits we could get to bitcoin.

There is so many countries didn't accept bitcoin as a payment, mining, trading, investing or other transaction because they knew that if they accept bitcoin in their country sooner or later their money (fiat) will not use by many people. That is the reason why there is so many countries didn't accept bitcoin. But there is some countries accept bitcoin but there is a rules for using it.
