Maybe a Satoshi Nakamoto Day. Because no one celebrates a currency as a holiday.
I also like the idea, however it just came through my mind that as far as i know FIAT doesn't have like fiat day or something like that. So why would us? Tho if we are going to take it further like business innovations then it might really be a good one. Or if the topic is all about the improvements using bitcoin as a medium

Yes we can have it always if we do have a good earnings from bitcoin which provides us a good living through better financial support. The days that bitcoin always became a part of our daily lives as well as spending the money that we've got from it, is very precious moments and I could really appreciate it's sustainable idea of financial support for my family all the time. We can very easily self-proclaim one, by announcing it ourselves and celebrating it, if you mean getting it officially accepted through some authority then that would be hard, considering these days celebrate a relationship or something more than a currency or something like that.

having a bitcoin day would be surely great for all the bitcoin users including me but I am not sure if it will be added to the list of commemorative days as it is not yet very known around the world and I think it will be only recognized and will be having a commemorative day once it bring a really great impact to the world . in the current situation it seems very impossible as it looks like many nations are still having a doubt to bitcoin and its potential .

Why do we need to have bitcoin day when there is no Dollar or Euro day, is there even a country which celebrates inception of issuing their own fiat?As far I know there is Bitcoin Pizza day - which is basically light and fun version of Bitcoin Day. We don't need anything more official IMO.
It's nice. Helding a Bitcoin day is good but there's a problem that Bitcoin is banned in some country so that if we celebrate Bitcoin day but they can't attend, there would be very difficult for the government to prevent them from their angry, there Bitcoin users will feel bad about this.
I doubt that there will any official party thrown out at Bitcoin's house. Just disregard all bitcoin haters and stupid governments which banned BTC, because they know that BTC is way better asset that their own useless fiat.
Amazing idea and the day can be in various forms like all the updates and news will be released on a specific day known as bitcoin's day. All the developers of bitcoins would release some magazines ( paid ones of course ) and people can buy them. This just needs a collaboration from a big firm or a company and then we can go bang bang !
