CSW thought this game was very simple, that's why he came to the court with shit evidence. Until now, he's still claiming without any valid proof to be Satoshi and already receiving karma by proclaiming him as faketoshi and the number one fraud of BTC community. I bet even he receives punishment, he will just bail and not stop to prove to the public that he's satoshi as long as the real satoshi wasn't showing up.

He claimed it long time ago already that he is Satoshi but he can't show any proof for it and now he failed again because he doesn't have the keys to open the 1 Million Bitcoin address. He was trying to register copyright on Bitcoin Code and Bitcoin White Paper in US but we have to consider that copyright does not prove the holder invented the technology, so what was the main reason? Money of course.

If the case ends with an order to pay Kleiman's family what they want it's going to be over for Craig. He doesn't have that kind of money and probably never will. Now he's jumping from court to court but this will end. At some point you get a high court ruling and your appeals end.
I think that when it happens he'll run with the rest of the money that he has and hide somewhere but that is not going to be easy with his pictures all over the Internet.
