There is no need to confirm that he is faketoshi, it is obvious. If you really are satoshi, you can provide all the necessary proof of your work and any evidences that can prove your claim first hand. This man doesn't deserve all the attention he is getting, he's after publicity for his own good.

From the inception of this litigation, i have known Craig isn't Satoshi and has no private key of any wallet holding such amount of bitcoin. This litigation was birthed just to hype BSV and cause a pump which he has however achieved in the past few days. With this recent development, it is now clear that Craig isn't Satoshi and would never be Satoshi. What else is needed in the court to prove that he is not..?

That's kind of what I'm wondering. You'd think if you had access to billions of dollars worth of bitcoin (which I think is the value), you'd want to keep quiet about it. Announcing that to the world might attract kidnappers or worse. He seems to be unfazed by that, so he's got steadier nerves than I would have in his situation.Yes.. I agree he definitely needs lots of security after making such statements. But why to make such statements without any profit..? Still my question will be what is the motive behind it.
If kidnappers are as foolish as CSW, they might attempt to kidnap this supposed to be rich man. But I guess kidnappers targeting famous personalities are not stupid enough to just attempt to kidnap someone who is as fake a rich man in terms of Bitcoin as his claim to be Satoshi.

The main problem, this guy is using so many excuses when asked to prove that the address is in his possession but people are stull buying it anyway. Why put so much attention into such irrelevant person. If he can't prove it than he's done for and there's no need further publication about him.
It has been protracted, he will always assume that he is the real Satoshi. Because if he is surrender and tell to all people that he is not the real satoshi then the affect will impinge to BSV price. It baffles me how Wright will go to this length trying to claim what he's not, given the chance this guy could parade himself as the authentic heir to the English throne and will do anything possible to avoid DNA test.
It's because he is totally busted and the only he can do is to make any valid yet questionable excuses to prolong his case. Sooner or later we will be able to see him behind bars after all of this act because he can't prove anything that he is the real Satoshi but not unless he can sign a message to the bitcoin wallet address that Satoshi owned.

He’s putting himself on a bigger risk and if the court denied his claim as Satoshi then a lot of people will get mad to him then if he’s the real one, he needs to be on a safe place for sure. I will just wait for the decision of the court, this is a serious case for me and not just a simple claim by CW, I’m still hoping that he is not because he’s not a good guy at all.
