This would be great but projects won't agree to it and some bounty hunters will always go all out to promote anything they see because everyone is tryna make some cool cryptocurrency money.

Too much toxic to the bounty side as of these days. We'll never see those legit projects unlike before but that's it. There's risk in joining now, I rarely see those projects that has real fund on their pockets.

Yes, we can stop promoting scam project if they stop advertising themselves to us like a real project, well, basically if we can figure out they are scam, we can stop at the first place.
I think that is very difficult because everyone will not know that the project is good or the fraud before that happened. this problem has occurred from the start ico exists, and there is no way to resolve it.
A little research will help you to find out the legitimate project. It is easy to find out. But we do not try it in fact. When we will be together, we will be able to discuss about various bounty and find out the best by researching. But it seems we need a forum first. It will help us to discuss about various bounty.
Yes we can, but unfortunately community members are too lazy to check the projects before taking part in them. Hunters are only looking at the bounty pool and if it is good enough, they are blindly promoting it.

I think ICO's need to think more clever on bounty payment. I really like bountys who pay in ETH or other liquid coins which prevents rapid dumping on project own coins.You are right that any of the project needs to own its own money for promoting before they start their project. As I see bounty hunting as a part time job, I try to do not advertise any project which i do not believe in. I never want to promote any project which can kill investors money. Any bounty hunter has same responsibilities too. Scam projects are not only do not pat the hunters but in reality they kill trust on crypto.

We can do it. But there are a very large number of dependencies that people have today in the toolbox. In any case, today there are people who are already helping others with this.

This is the great idea, projects should give rewards in BTC for hunters so that hunters will get their rewards at the end of the campaign. Due to rise in scam a lot projects are turning out to be scam or some projects are becoming dead before listing on the exchange or even when they launch on the exchange they lock hunters tokens for several months or give excuses to delay payment of hunters to get read of fear i.e dumping of token on exchange which really hurts hunters efforts as when they get rewards the price of the token reduce in value drastically.
This is a good idea, but you can hardly find a sufficient number of people who openly support this idea!
Sincerely, if bounty hunters can come together to agree on that, to approach to forum Admins for a rule like that to be established, it will go a long way to help everyone and it will prevent a lot of scam projects from operating. In a case like that, projects like ETCV would not have attempted what they did.
Indeed many are still on the way of cheating people by creating a scam project and posting it on forums so people will be deceived and promote a scam project without knowing that it is a scam. Anyway we should always be in our own diligence to know what to promote in forums and on social medias especially cryptocurrency ico and bounties.

If this can be implemented here in this forum, this will be big. But I doubt that the bounty managers will comply in this rule, as they will get very fewer bounty campaigns. It is a very nice idea, but I don't know how to change the rules. Maybe we need some kind of trust bounty platform with strict rules and escrow to protect against the scams projects. What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?

It is possible to avoid scam ICO if everyone is concerned. We should work together to save people and save us. Scam ico are easily detectable if people do little research. We should join only legit bounty.
it is very difficult to be able to see a project that is offered a scam or not, but usually there will be an investigation in this forum so that you will know the ICO is scam or not, as happened recently about ETCV, they look convincing and a few days before ico finished an investigation which said that ico is a scam and there is no fork that will give ETCV, so it is better that you have to be careful and often look at Reputation forums or Accusations Scam that will help you to get more information.

But other that that, there should also a guaranty that need to be provided for the investors, since they are one of many reason for a project to be working.
