No im not,i would rather gamble my money in gambling and risk all of them than investing in these scammers
But ofcourse this will be depending on what kind or what project we are talking since there are still 5% of them that legit and reasonable to invest,the only problem ia how to find them

I think there are still a lot of good ICOs even when market conditions are red, I always selectively choose ICO which is good because I'm not used to daily trading.Actually while investing in ICO, try also to buy cheap altcoins now in the market, they were down and still has not recovered, this strategy is easier to make money in short term than buying coins in ICO.

Good for you because you manage to do trade correctly and you can still earn a profit despite the bad narket condition but not all can do what you are doing . we all know that trading is a hard game and how much more if the market is in bad situation ?
majority will only go for investing and they will also invest more in the bear state . im talking about crypto but when it comes to ico , i think investing in ico can be anytime of the day and it does not matter if what is the status of the market becauss ico's pricing are different and they still offer a bonus .

This is a decision that you will make weather to invest in bear market. You can invest only those Ico that has a big potential to survive and that has a good team that can develop their project. A big risks so if you think it is not worth it then do not invet to avoid lose.

When bears rule the market, no one can give you a guarantee that this or that ICO will stay alive. It is much better to invest in the best tokens, which managed to dump (temporary).
if in my opinion I invest more on coins that are already clear in the market by buying cheap and holding, I would prefer to participate in ico by looking at the amount of funding, concepts and teams.

I think it is time to change to be able to stay away from scammers in those ICO projects because very few projects can earn good profits and I think the IEO is the best solution for them.
