Once again I will drive the speed limit and eat my vitamins, I will not drink too much or smell like strippers thanks to this SEC definition of a security. Do you also realize that Nevada has a very very liberal interpretation of securities to begin with and a night club membership isn't even close. Do you realize that the Federal government says marijuana is illegal but it is legal in a number of states anyway. Look I get it you don't like this idea or maybe you think strip clubs are immoral. That is not even close to what the Legends Room is doing and I cannot understand how you could view it that way especially after reading that. The legal team has already been over this.

If you define this as a security you must view a car, a house, a boat, a Gym membership, a private club membership (which I have), and many other things as a security. That is just ridiculous.
