If only the second snapshots matters, there is no use to move right now the testnet ADA to Rewards wallet as Daedalus Incentivized wallet suggests, right?
Yes, the current testnet ADA coins have no value and are only for balance check.
The ADA balance derived from the second snapshot is the real deal.

Ok we got some dates. The tentative snapshot date will be November 29th, we will do an information dump on December 5th for all the staking rewards information including percentages and the testnet will be released december 9th. These dates are subject to development milestones
Very good to hear fresh news about the staking rewards and what are the different wallets are they going to support the ADA coin, we have been waiting for this many days, after the announcement of POS for ADA it seems to be very exciting for the people who have confidence towards Cardino.

I've created Cardano account with Daedalus wallet and address length is >100 characters.
But then I've created account with AdaLite and Ledger, address length is 59 characters.
So why there is different address length when using different wallets?
Is there possibility to convert one address format to another?

Currently the schemes to generate addresses in Daedalus and Ledger are different therefore the length in both cases is not the same. AFAIK, there is no such converter you have asked.
